Circular 65/2023/TT-BCA stipulates the authority to sanction administrative violations in the fields trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro security, order, and social safety; Prevention trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro social evils; fire protection and prevention; rescue and rescue; Prevention and control trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro domestic violence by the Head trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro the Professional Department trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro the Department trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Internal Political Security; Police Department trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Administrative Management on Social Order; Traffic Police Department; Police Department trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Fire Prevention, Fire Prevention and Rescue and Rescue; Department trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Cyber Security and Crime Prevention and Control using high technology; Administration trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Immigration.

Thông tư 65/2023/TT-BCAapplies to the following objects:

+ Vietnamese individuals and organizations; foreign individuals and organizations (hereinafter reflected as individuals and organizations) are sanctioned administrative violations in the field trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro security, order, and social safety; Prevention trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro social evils; fire protection and prevention; rescue and rescue; Domestic violence prevention and control

+ Individuals and organizations involved in sanctioning administrative violations in the fields trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro security, order, and social safety; prevention trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro social evils; fire protection and prevention; rescue and rescue; and domestic violence prevention and control.
