Retirement age
Employees who meet the conditions regarding the period of social insurance contribution as per the provisions of social insurance laws are entitled to a pension upon reaching lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay age.

a) Social insurance book;
b) Decision on retirement to enjoy the pension or the document terminating the labor contract to enjoy the pension;
c) Medical assessment certificate of the Medical Assessment Council regarding the reduction of working capacity for retirees as per the provisions of Article 55 of this Law, or certificate of HIV/AIDS infection due to occupational accidents for employees as prescribed in Article 54 of this Law.
- Pension documents for employees participating in voluntary social insurance, and those preserving their social insurance period which includes those serving prison terms include:
a) Social insurance book;
b) Application for a pension;
c) Authorization letter for pension processing and pension receipt for those serving prison terms;
d) Document from competent state authority regarding legal resettlement for those who illegally emigrated;
dd) Valid court judgment annulling the declaration of disappearance for those reappearing after being declared missing.
Thus, the pension documents for public school teachers include:
- Social insurance book;
- Decision on retirement to enjoy the pension or document terminating the labor contract to enjoy the pension;
- Medical assessment certificate regarding the reduction of working capacity of the Medical Assessment Council for retirees as per the provisions of Article 55 of theSocial Insurance Law 2014or a certificate of HIV/AIDS infection due to occupational accidents for employees as prescribed in Article 54 of theSocial Insurance Law 2014.
