Who decides đá bóng trực tiếp Lunar New Year holiday in 2025 in Vietnam?

Based on Article 112 of đá bóng trực tiếpLabor Code 2019regarding holidays:

Article 112. Holidays

  1. Employees are entitled to time off from work with full pay for đá bóng trực tiếp following holidays:

a) New Year's Day: 01 day (January 1, Gregorian calendar);

b) Lunar New Year: 05 days;

c) Victory Day: 01 day (April 30, Gregorian calendar);

d) International Labor Day: 01 day (May 1, Gregorian calendar);

e) National Day: 02 days (September 2, Gregorian calendar and 01 adjacent day before or after);

f) Hung Kings' Commemoration Day: 01 day (March 10, lunar calendar).

  1. Foreign employees working in Vietnam, in addition to đá bóng trực tiếp holidays specified in Clause 1 of this Article, are entitled to one additional day off for their traditional national day and one day for their country's National Day.
  1. Annually, depending on actual conditions, đá bóng trực tiếp Prime Minister of đá bóng trực tiếp Government of Vietnam decides đá bóng trực tiếp specific days off mentioned in point b and point e of Clause 1 of this Article.

Article 58. Time counted as working hours for which wages are paid

  1. Breaks specified in clause 2, Article 64 of this Decree.
  1. Breaks due to đá bóng trực tiếp nature of đá bóng trực tiếp work.
  1. Necessary breaks during đá bóng trực tiếp work process already accounted for in đá bóng trực tiếp labor standards for natural physiological needs.
  1. Breaks for female employees who are pregnant or nursing a child under 12 months, during menstruation as stipulated in clauses 2 and 4, Article 137 of đá bóng trực tiếp Labor Code.
  1. Time of work stoppage not due to đá bóng trực tiếp fault of đá bóng trực tiếp employee.
  1. Time for meetings, study, and training as required by đá bóng trực tiếp employer or approved by đá bóng trực tiếp employer.
  1. Time for apprentices and trainees directly involved in or engaged in work as specified in Clause 5, Article 61 of đá bóng trực tiếp Labor Code.
  1. Time utilized by employee representatives in đá bóng trực tiếp leadership of representative organizations at work to perform duties as prescribed in clauses 2 and 3, Article 176 of đá bóng trực tiếp Labor Code.
  1. Time for health check-ups, occupational disease screenings, and medical examinations to determine đá bóng trực tiếp extent of labor ability decrease due to work accidents or occupational diseases, if this time is scheduled or required by đá bóng trực tiếp employer.
  1. Time for military service health registration, examination, and checks if this time is entitled to full pay according to đá bóng trực tiếp law on military service.

- Break time is counted into working hours for continuous shifts of at least 30 minutes, and for night shifts, it is at least 45 minutes.

- Breaks due to đá bóng trực tiếp nature of đá bóng trực tiếp work.

- Necessary breaks during đá bóng trực tiếp work process already accounted for in đá bóng trực tiếp labor standards for natural physiological needs.
