What are cases of locking traffic accounts in Vietnam?
Pursuant to Article 13 ofDecree 119/2024/ND-CPwhich details bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp locking of a traffic account in Vietnam:
Article 13. Locking a traffic account
1. Locking a traffic account upon bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp request of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp account holder
a) bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp road use payment service provider locks bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp traffic account upon bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp request of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp account holder or bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp guardian, legal representative of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp account holder or in accordance with a prior written agreement between bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp account holder and bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp road use payment service provider, except as stipulated in point b of this clause.
b) bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp road use payment service provider denies bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp request to lock bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp traffic account if bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp account holder has not cleared bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp debt owed to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp road use payment service provider or bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp electronic road traffic payment provider. Debt information is synchronized from bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp electronic road traffic payment database management system.
c) bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp locking period of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp traffic account is determined by bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp request of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp account holder or bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp guardian, legal representative of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp account holder or written agreement between bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp account holder and bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp electronic traffic payment service provider.
2. Locking bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp traffic account by a written order from a competent authority as prescribed by law
a) bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp road use payment service provider executes bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp locking of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp traffic account upon a written order from a competent authority as prescribed by law.
b) Immediately after locking bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp traffic account, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp road use payment service provider must inform bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp account holder or bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp guardian, legal representative of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp account holder of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp reason for bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp lock.
c) bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp locking period for bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp traffic account is determined by bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp request from bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp competent authority in bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp written order to lock bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp traffic account or in bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp order to terminate bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp lock.
