Circular on đá bóng trực tiếp supervision of đá bóng trực tiếp destruction of money of đá bóng trực tiếp State Bank of Vietnam will take effect on February 11, 2024
On December 28, 2023, đá bóng trực tiếp Governor of đá bóng trực tiếp State Bank of Vietnam issued Circular 19/2023/TT-NHNN on đá bóng trực tiếp supervision of đá bóng trực tiếp destruction of money by đá bóng trực tiếp State Bank of Vietnam.
Circular 19/2023/TT-NHNN regulates đá bóng trực tiếp supervision of đá bóng trực tiếp destruction of money, including:
- Money unfitted for circulation, suspended circulation money, counterfeit money, money illegally destroyed (hereinafter referred to as money unfitted for circulation) of đá bóng trực tiếp State Bank of Vietnam (hereinafter referred to as đá bóng trực tiếp State Bank);
- Damaged printed money, damaged cast money, damaged printing paper, damaged cast metal money (hereinafter referred to as damaged printed and cast money) at printing and minting facilities.
Circular 19/2023/TT-NHNN applies to:
- đá bóng trực tiếp Supervisory Board of đá bóng trực tiếp Destruction of Money Unfitted for Circulation, đá bóng trực tiếp Supervisory Board for đá bóng trực tiếp Destruction of Damaged Printed and Cast Money of đá bóng trực tiếp State Bank (hereinafter referred to as đá bóng trực tiếp Supervisory Board).
- đá bóng trực tiếp Destruction Board of đá bóng trực tiếp Destruction of Money Unfitted for Circulation, đá bóng trực tiếp Destruction Board for Damaged Printed and Cast Money of đá bóng trực tiếp State Bank (hereinafter referred to as đá bóng trực tiếp Destruction Board).
- Relevant units of đá bóng trực tiếp State Bank; printing and minting facilities and organizations and individuals related to đá bóng trực tiếp work of destroying money, supervising đá bóng trực tiếp destruction of unfit for circulation money, damaged printed and cast money.
đá bóng trực tiếp purpose of supervising đá bóng trực tiếp destruction of money is to:
- Ensure that đá bóng trực tiếp work of destroying money is carried out in accordance with đá bóng trực tiếp provisions of law and of đá bóng trực tiếp State Bank.
- Ensure đá bóng trực tiếp safety of assets and state secrets in đá bóng trực tiếp work of destroying money.
- Ensure objectivity and transparency in đá bóng trực tiếp work of destroying money.
Circular 19/2023/TT-NHNN takes effect on February 11, 2024 and will terminate đá bóng trực tiếp effectiveness of Circular 07/2017/TT-NHNN.

- Chairperson of đá bóng trực tiếp Supervisory Board: Director of đá bóng trực tiếp Internal Audit Department;
- 1 Vice-Chairperson of đá bóng trực tiếp Supervisory Board: Deputy Director of đá bóng trực tiếp Internal Audit Department, directly responsible for đá bóng trực tiếp Northern Disposal Monitoring Cluster;
- 1 Vice-Chairperson of đá bóng trực tiếp Supervisory Board: Leader of đá bóng trực tiếp Management Department in Ho Chi Minh City, directly responsible for đá bóng trực tiếp Southern Disposal Monitoring Cluster;
- 1 member is đá bóng trực tiếp leader of đá bóng trực tiếp Management Department, participating in đá bóng trực tiếp Northern Disposal Monitoring Cluster;
- 1 member is đá bóng trực tiếp leader of đá bóng trực tiếp State Bank of Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City branch, participating in đá bóng trực tiếp Southern Disposal Monitoring Cluster;

According to Article 6 of Circular 19/2023/TT-NHNN, đá bóng trực tiếp responsibilities and powers of đá bóng trực tiếp Supervisory Board are as follows:
- To organize đá bóng trực tiếp implementation of đá bóng trực tiếp supervision of đá bóng trực tiếp destruction of money.
- To identify and address deficiencies in đá bóng trực tiếp destruction process and propose timely measures to address them; to report to đá bóng trực tiếp Governor to suspend or terminate đá bóng trực tiếp destruction process in đá bóng trực tiếp event of a violation that poses a risk of loss or loss of assets during đá bóng trực tiếp destruction process.
- To coordinate with đá bóng trực tiếp Destruction Board to organize a preliminary review, summary, evaluation, and report to đá bóng trực tiếp Governor on đá bóng trực tiếp results of đá bóng trực tiếp implementation of đá bóng trực tiếp work of destroying money and supervising đá bóng trực tiếp destruction of money.
- To coordinate with đá bóng trực tiếp Organization Department to consider forms of rewards for collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements or disciplinary measures for cases of violations of regulations in đá bóng trực tiếp work of supervising đá bóng trực tiếp destruction of money.
