What are the contents of market regulations in Vietnam?

Pursuant to Article 10 of the Decree 60/2024/ND-CP stipulating market regulations:

Market Regulations

1. Market regulations must include the following main contents:

a) Opening hours;

b) Rights and obligations of business traders in vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay;

c) Regulations on goods and services traded in vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay;

d) Regulations on individuals participating in transactions, buying and selling, visiting, and performing official duties in vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay;

e) Regulations for market management officials and staff;

f) Fire prevention and firefighting, disaster prevention;

h) Environmental sanitation and food safety;

What are the authorities and responsibilities of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay management organization in Vietnam?

In Article 9 of Decree 60/2024/ND-CP, the authorities and responsibilities of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay management organization are as follows:

- Organizing and implementing the management of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay and services serving vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay's activities in accordance with the provisions of this Decree and related laws.

- Carrying out renovation, upgrading, maintenance, and preservation of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay as prescribed; ensuring fire prevention and firefighting, environmental sanitation, protection of water resources, security and order, food safety, and measurement within vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay and business areas.

- Establishing market regulations in accordance with Article 10 of Decree 60/2024/ND-CP, organizing the operation of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay according to market regulations, and handling violations of market regulations within its jurisdiction.
