Pursuant to Article 7 of the Law on Advertising in 2012 stipulating products, goods xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 services are banned from advertising in Vietnam:

Products, goods xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 services banned from advertising

1. Goods xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 services banned from trade as prescribed by law.

2. Cigarettes.

3. Wine that contains 15⁰alcohol or above.

4. Dairy being breast milk substitute for children under 24 months old, dietary supplements for children under 06 months old; artificial feeding bottles xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 pacifiers

5. Prescription drugs, non-prescription drugs recommended by competent State agencies to use restrictively or under the doctor’s supervision.

6. Pornographic products.

7. Shotguns xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 cartridges, sporting weapons xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 products that might incite violence.

8. Other products, goods xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 services banned from advertising specified by the Government depending on the actual requirements.

As regulations above, there are 08 products, goods xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 services that are banned from advertising in Vietnam under any circumstances, including:

- Goods xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 services banned from trade as prescribed by law.

- Cigarettes.

- Wine that contains 15⁰alcohol or above.

What are prohibited acts in advertising in Vietnam?

Pursuant to Article 8 of the Law on Advertising in 2012 stipulating prohibited acts in advertising in Vietnam:

- Advertising the products, goods xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 services specified in Article 7 of this Law.

- Using advertisements that reveal the State secrets, harm the independence xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 National sovereignty, National defense xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 security.

- Using advertisement inartistically, contrary to the Vietnam’s history, culture, ethics xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 traditional customs

- Using advertisements that affect the urban scenery, the traffic safety xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 the social order.

- Using advertisements that degrade the respectability of the National flag, the National emblem, the National anthem, the Party’s flag, national heroes, cultural celebrities, the leaders of the State xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 the Party.

- Using advertisements that express racial discrimination, sexual discrimination, prejudice against disabled people, or violate the freedom of belief xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 religion.

- Using advertisements that offend the prestige, honor xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 dignity of other organizations xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 individuals.

- Using advertisements that contain other people’s pictures, words or text without obtaining their consent, unless otherwise permitted by law.

- Advertising incorrectly or causing confusion about the business competence, the ability to provide products, goods xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 services of organizations xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 individuals trading xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 providing such products, goods xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 services; about the quantity, quality, prices, features, designs, package, brand name, kinds, method of service, warranty duration of the registered or announced products, goods xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 services.

- Advertising using direct comparison of the prices, quality xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 efficiency of their products, goods xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 services to that of the other’s products, goods xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 services of the same kind.

- Advertising using the words “best”, “the best”, “only”, “number one” or words with similar meaning without legitimate documents proving so as prescribed by the Ministry of Culture, Sports xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Tourism.

- Advertising using unhealthy competition contents as prescribed by law provisions on competition.

- Using advertisements that violate law provisions on intellectual property.

- Using advertisements that make children think, speak xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 act against the traditional customs xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 ethics, negatively affect the children’s health, safety or natural development.

- Forcing other agencies, organizations xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 individuals to make advertisements or receive advertisements involuntarily.

- Hanging, placing, painting advertisements on electric poles, traffic lights xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 public trees.
