a) Application that must be supplemented and explained

In case xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube taxpayer explains in person to xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube customs authority, xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube processing officer shall make a working record using form No. 12/TXNK Appendix I issued with Circular No. 06/2021/TT-BTC.

b) Application eligible for duty exemption

b.1.1) xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube processing officer shall make a report form No. 01/TT-TXNK issued together with this Procedure regarding xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube eligibility of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube duty-free goods and report to xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube head of division and submit it to xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube head of unit for approval;

b.1.2) After obtaining approval from xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube head of unit, xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube processing officer shall save xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube report in xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube duty exemption application, grant xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube duty exemption right in xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube customs clearance, sign and stamp and move on to xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube next tasks of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Customs procedure.

b.2.1) For electronic duty-free list sent through xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube VNACCS

b.2.1.1) xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube processing officer shall perform xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube following tasks:

- Check xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube number and date of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube duty-free list in xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube box "Description of goods" on xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube customs declaration; check information on goods in xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube duty-free list when xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube system has returned to normal operation;

- Update information in xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube monitoring book for duty exemption cases according to paper customs declarations;

- Guide xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube taxpayer (in case xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube taxpayer is project owner) or instruct xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube taxpayer to notify project owner (in case xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube taxpayer is not project owner) to make adjustments of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube quota of used goods on xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube duty-free list corresponding to xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube quantity of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube actual imported goods line which has been granted duty exemption;

- Request to xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube head of unit to sign a notice and send it to xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube customs authority where xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube duty-free list is received about xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube duty exemption has been granted according to xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube paper customs declaration.

b.2.1.2) xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube customs authority of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube place of where xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube duty-free list is registered shall urge xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube project owner to adjust xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube duty-free list; inspect, review and accept xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube amendment to xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube duty-free list if it is suitable with xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube actual imported goods.

b.2.2) For xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube paper duty-free list

xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube processing officer checks xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube number and date of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube duty-free list in xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube box "Description of goods" on xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube customs declaration; check information on goods in xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube duty-free list.

Update and deduct xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube quantity of duty-free goods in xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube original project owner's deduction monitoring sheet, sign for confirmation on xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube deduction monitoring sheet, save 1 copy of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube duty-free list, xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube deduction monitoring sheet, clearly stating xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube names of goods, quantity of imported duty-free goods, together with xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube import application (including xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube case where goods of duty-exempt subjects are transferred to other duty-exempt subjects), return to xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube taxpayer xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube original of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube duty-free list and xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube deduction monitoring sheet.

When xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube project owner imports all xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube goods specified in xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube deduction monitoring sheet, xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube customs authority where xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube final procedures are carried out shall certify in xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube original copy of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube deduction monitoring sheet of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube taxpayer, keep 01 photocopy, give xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube taxpayer 01 photocopy, send xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube original to xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube customs authority where xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube deduction monitoring sheet is issued. If xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube customs authority where xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube duty-free list is registered is xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube customs authority where xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube final procedures are carried out, xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube original shall be kept for inspection of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube import and use of duty-free goods and shall be returned to xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube taxpayer 01 photocopy of deduction monitoring sheet.

b.3) Duty exemption for imported and exported goods of border residents

Pursuant to Article 6, Article 7 of Circular No. 80/2019/TT-BTC dated November 15, 2019 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Minister of Finance on guidelines for customs procedures, management of taxes, fees and charges for exported and imported goods under Decree No. Decree No. 14/2018/ND-CP dated January 23, 2018 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Government on elaboration of border trade activities.

c) Application ineligible for duty exemption

For applications ineligible for duty exemption, xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube officer shall carry out relevant procedures to collect tax and handle violations according to regulations (if any).
