Pursuant to Article 21 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Regulations on xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái practice of prosecutorial power, supervision of prosecution, investigation and prosecution issued together with xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Decision 111/QD-VKSTC in 2020 stipulating xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái exercise of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái procuratorial power and supervision of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái cancellation or replacement of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái preventive measure in Vietnam as follows:

1. Prosecutors must strictly monitor xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái grounds, conditions, competence, procedures, and procedures for canceling or replacing preventive measures under Article 125 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Criminal Procedure Code.

2. When considering cases of canceling preventive measures under Article 125, paragraph 1 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Criminal Procedure Code, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái prosecutor reports and proposes to xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái unit leader and xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Institute leader to resolve as follows:

a) For decisions on preventive measures by xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái competent investigating agency not approved by xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái prosecutor, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái prosecutor issues a document requesting xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái competent investigating agency to cancel. If xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái competent investigating agency does not comply, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái prosecutor issues a decision to cancel.
b) For decisions on preventive measures approved or issued by xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái prosecutor, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái prosecutor issues a decision to cancel.

3. When considering cases of canceling or replacing preventive measures under Article 125, paragraph 2 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Criminal Procedure Code, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái prosecutor reports and proposes to xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái unit leader and xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Institute leader to resolve as follows:

a) For decisions on preventive measures by xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái competent investigating agency not approved by xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái prosecutor; if it is considered unnecessary or can be replaced by another preventive measure and xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái competent investigating agency does not issue a decision to cancel or replace, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái prosecutor issues a document requesting xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái competent investigating agency to issue a decision to cancel or replace.

If xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái competent investigating agency issues a decision to cancel or replace but xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái prosecutor finds that xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái cancellation or replacement is unfounded and illegal, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái prosecutor issues a document requesting xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái competent investigating agency to cancel; if xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái competent investigating agency does not comply, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái prosecutor issues a decision to cancel.

b) For decisions on preventive measures approved or issued by xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái prosecutor, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái prosecutor issues a decision to cancel or replace.

In xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái case that xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái period of extension of detention has not yet expired, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái competent investigating agency issues a decision to initiate a case, prosecute a defendant, and considers it unnecessary to detain, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái prosecutor requests xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái competent investigating agency to have a document requesting xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái prosecutor to decide on xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái cancellation of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái detention measure based on Article 125, paragraph 2 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Criminal Procedure Code; if it is necessary to apply another preventive measure, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái prosecutor requests xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái competent investigating agency to implement, if xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái competent investigating agency does not implement, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái prosecutor implements.

Pursuant to Article 22 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Regulations on xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái practice of prosecutorial power, supervision of prosecution, investigation and prosecution issued together with xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Decision 111/QD-VKSTC in 2020 stipulating xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái extension of detention for investigation in Vietnam as follows:

Pursuant to Article 23 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Regulations on xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái practice of prosecutorial power, supervision of prosecution, investigation and prosecution issued together with xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Decision 111/QD-VKSTC in 2020 stipulating xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái exercise of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái right to prosecute and supervise xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái application of escort and expulsion measures in Vietnam as follows:

1.
