In Article 64 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Regulation on xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube exercise of right to prosecute and supervise filing of charges, investigation and prosecution, issued together with Decision 111/QD-VKSTC in 2020, there are provisions on exercise of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube right to prosecution, supervision of investigation in exercise of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube right to prosecution, supervision of filing of charges, investigation and prosecution as follows:

1. 2. In xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube case specified at Point a, Clause 1 of this Article, xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube procurator shall report to and propose xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube unit leader or xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Institute leader to issue a written request to xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube investigating authority to issue a decision to immediately cancel xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube measure, take coercive measures, return seized documents and objects (if any) to xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube accused or related persons; for preventive measures or coercive measures approved or decided by xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube procuracies, xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube procuracies shall issue decisions to cancel them according to xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube provisions of Articles 125 and 130 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Criminal Procedure Code;

In Article 65 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Regulation on xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube exercise of right to prosecute and supervise filing of charges, investigation and prosecution, issued together with Decision 111/QD-VKSTC in 2020, there are provisions on exercise of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube right to prosecution, supervision of restoration of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube investigation as follows:

1. When receiving xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube investigation restoration decision from xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube investigating authority, xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube procurator must examine xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube grounds for investigation restoration as prescribed in Article 235 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Criminal Procedure Code, report and propose Unit leaders, Institute leaders resolve as follows:

b) If xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube investigation restoration decision is groundless and illegal, a decision to cancel xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube investigation restoration decision issued by xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube investigating authority shall be issued.

2. If xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube investigation is suspended as prescribed in Clauses 5 and 6, Article 157 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Criminal Procedure Code and xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube accused disagrees and requests re-investigation, xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube procurator shall report and propose xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube unit leader, xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Institute's leadership shall issue a written request to xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube investigating authority to issue a decision to restore xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube investigation or directly issue a decision to resume xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube investigation and send that decision to xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube investigating authority for investigation.
