Medical examination

1. Types trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay medical examination shall be as follows:

a) Periodic health check-ups;

b) Health checks for health classification for study and employment;

c) Health screenings at school for pupils and students;

d) Health checks designed for particular occupations or job positions;

dd) Health screenings for detection trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay occupational diseases;

e) On-demand health checks;

g) Others.

2. The Minister trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Health shall lay down regulations on medical examination standards and medical examination activities prescribed in clause 1 trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay this Article, except as defined in clause 3 trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay this Article.

3. The Minister trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay National Defence and the Minister trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Public Security shall promulgate regulations on particular health standards and medical examination activities applied to persons undergoing medical examination under their authority.

As regulated above, there are 07 types trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay medical examination, including:

- Periodic health check-ups;

- Health checks for health classification for study and employment;

- Health screenings at school for pupils and students;

- Health checks designed for particular occupations or job positions;

- Health screenings for detection trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay occupational diseases;

- On-demand health checks;

- Others.

What are procedures for medical examination process in Vietnam?

Pursuant to Article 35 trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay the Circular 32/2023/TT-BYT stipulating medical examination:

Medical examination process

1. An examinee will submit an application according to the prescribed form trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay the medical examination facility.

2. After receiving the health check-up application, the medical examination facility shall carry out the following:

a) Verify the identity trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay the examinee by comparing them with the photo on the application;

b) Affix the fan stamp on the photo after verification according to Point a trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay this Clause for the cases specified in Clauses 1, 2 and 3, Article 37 trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay this Circular;

c) Check and compare valid identification documents trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay the patient for the cases specified in Clause 3, Article 37 trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay this Circular;

d) Instruct on the medical examination process for the examinee or their guardian (if any);

dd) The health medical examination shall develop, promulgate, and implement their medical examination procedures;

e) Return results and keep medical examination records.

As regulated above, the procedures for medical examination process in Vietnam are as follows:

Step 1:An examinee will submit an application according to the prescribed form trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay the medical examination facility.

Step 2:After receiving the health check-up application, the medical examination facility shall verify the identity trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay the examinee by comparing them with the photo on the application;

Step 3:After the verification, the medical examination facility shall affix the fan stamp on the photo;

Step 4:The medical examination facility shall check and compare valid identification documents trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay the patient;

Step 5:The medical examination facility shall develop, promulgate, and implement their medical examination procedures;

Step 6:Return results and keep medical examination records.

Pursuant to Clause 1 Article 30 trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay the Circular 32/2023/TT-BYT stipulating people who need to have a medical examination:

People who need to have a health check-up

1. People who need to have a health check-up:

a) Health check-ups for Vietnamese citizens and foreigners living and working in Vietnam: periodic health check-ups; health assessment trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay fitness for school or work; health check-ups for students;

b) Health check-ups upon request;

c) Health check-ups for Vietnamese guest workers.
