In Article 27 of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Law on Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases 2007, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro principles of using vaccines and medical bioproducts are regulated as follows:

- Vaccines and medical bioproducts must meet trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro conditions specified in Article 36 of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Pharmacy Law.

- Vaccines and medical bioproducts can be used voluntarily or mandatorily.

- Vaccines and medical bioproducts must be used for trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro intended purpose, target population, time, type, and in accordance with trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro technical procedures for use.

- Vaccines and medical bioproducts must be used in healthcare facilities that meet trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro required conditions.

In Article 30 of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Law on Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases 2007, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro responsibilities for organizing trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro use of vaccines and medical bioproducts are regulated as follows:

Responsibilities for organizing trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro use of vaccines and medical bioproducts

1. trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro state is responsible for ensuring funding for trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro use of vaccines and medical bioproducts as specified in Clause 3 of Article 28 and Clause 4 of Article 29 of this Law.

2. trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Minister of Health is responsible for:

a) Issuing a list of infectious diseases that require mandatory use of vaccines and medical bioproducts as specified in Clause 1 of Article 29 of this Law;

b) Organizing trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro implementation of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Expanded Immunization Program and determining trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro list of infectious diseases that require mandatory use of vaccines and medical bioproducts, as well as trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro age group of children covered by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Expanded Immunization Program as specified in Clause 2 of Article 29 of this Law;

c) Determining trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro scope and target population for trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro mandatory use of vaccines and medical bioproducts based on trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro epidemic situation;

d) Regulating trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro use of vaccines and medical bioproducts as specified in Clause 3 of Article 27 of this Law, as well as trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro conditions for healthcare facilities as specified in Clause 4 of Article 27 of this Law;

e) Regulating trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro establishment, organization, and operation of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro specialized advisory council to investigate trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro causes of adverse events during trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro use of vaccines and medical bioproducts as specified in Clause 5 and Clause 6 of this Article.

3. trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro provincial-level People's Committees are responsible for directing trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro implementation of immunization, and trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro use of vaccines and medical bioproducts.

4. Healthcare facilities are responsible for carrying out vaccination and using vaccines and medical bioproducts within their professional scope as regulated by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Minister of Health.

5. Organizations, individuals involved in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro production, business, storage, and use of vaccines and medical bioproducts, and individuals involved in vaccination, and trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro use of vaccines and medical bioproducts are responsible for any violations committed in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro production, business, storage, and use of vaccines and medical bioproducts, which result in adverse events for trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro recipients, as regulated by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro law.

6. When implementing trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Expanded Immunization Program, if there are serious adverse events affecting trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro health or causing harm to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro life of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro vaccinated individuals, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro state is responsible for compensation. In cases where trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro fault lies with trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro organization, individual involved in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro production, business, storage, and use of vaccines and medical bioproducts, or individuals involved in vaccination, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro organization or individual must compensate trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro state as regulated by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro law.

Therefore, in organizing trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro use of vaccines and medical bioproducts, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Minister of Health is responsible for:

- Issuing a list of infectious diseases that require mandatory use of vaccines and medical bioproducts.

- Organizing trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro implementation of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Expanded Immunization Program and determining trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro list of infectious diseases that require mandatory use of vaccines and medical bioproducts, as well as trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro age group of children covered by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Expanded Immunization Program as specified in Clause 2 of Article 29 of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Law on Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases 2007.

- Determining trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro scope and target population for trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro mandatory use of vaccines and medical bioproducts based on trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro epidemic situation.
