Interpretation of terms

In this Decree, the terms below are construed as follows:

1. trực tiếp bóng đá k+ mean relevant activities in the domain of production, supply and consumption of clean water, including planning, designing consultancy, construction investment, operation management, clean water wholesale, clean water retail and water use.

2. trực tiếp bóng đá k+ services mean relevant activities of organizations or individuals in the domains of clean water wholesale and clean water retail.

3. trực tiếp bóng đá k+ units mean organizations or individuals that conduct some or all of activities of exploiting, producing, conducting, wholesaling and retailing clean water.

4. trực tiếp bóng đá k+ wholesale units mean trực tiếp bóng đá k+ units that sell clean water to other trực tiếp bóng đá k+ units for direct distribution or sale to water-using customers.

5. trực tiếp bóng đá k+ retail units mean trực tiếp bóng đá k+ units that sell clean water directly to water-using customers.

Pursuant to Article 10 of the Decree 117/2007/ND-CP stipulating prohibited acts in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ in Vietnam:

Prohibited acts in trực tiếp bóng đá k+

1. Destroying trực tiếp bóng đá k+ works, equipment.

2. Violating the regulations on protection of safety areas of underground water wells, surface water sources in service of trực tiếp bóng đá k+.

3. Violating regulations on protection of safety corridors of crude water pipelines, clean water-conducting pipelines, technical facilities and trực tiếp bóng đá k+ networks.

4. Obstructing the examination and inspection of trực tiếp bóng đá k+.

5. Stealing water.

6. Polluting unused clean water.

7. Supplying untruthful information, thus affecting the lawful rights and interests of other organizations or individuals in trực tiếp bóng đá k+.

8. Abusing positions and powers to trouble or harass other organizations or individuals in trực tiếp bóng đá k+.

9. Supplying water by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ units for daily-life activities, which is not up to the technical standards promulgated by competent state bodies.

10. Dispersing toxic substances and contagious diseases.

11. Other acts in violation of legal provisions on trực tiếp bóng đá k+.

As regulated above, there are 11 prohibited acts in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ in Vietnam, including:

- Destroying trực tiếp bóng đá k+ works, equipment.

- Violating the regulations on protection of safety areas of underground water wells, surface water sources in service of trực tiếp bóng đá k+.

What are regulations on using water sources for trực tiếp bóng đá k+ in Vietnam?

Pursuant to Article 5 of the Decree 117/2007/ND-CP (amended by Clause 8 Article 1 of the Decree 98/2019/ND-CP) stipulating regulations on using water sources for trực tiếp bóng đá k+ in Vietnam:

- Administrations of all levels, organizations and individuals shall protect water sources; cases of infringing upon or undermining water sources shall be strictly handled.

- Where water sources are limited due to national conditions or prolonged droughts, natural disasters or war, the supply of crude water sources for daily-life trực tiếp bóng đá k+ is given the first priority

- To rationally exploit and use water sources; to combine the use of surface and underground water sources for trực tiếp bóng đá k+, based on water resource plannings and trực tiếp bóng đá k+ plannings approved by competent state bodies.

Relevant ministries and branches shall conduct investigations and surveys, formulate and manage complete data sets on water sources in service of trực tiếp bóng đá k+. Water resource management agencies shall elaborate plannings on use of water resources and supply necessary information in service of trực tiếp bóng đá k+; units using water sources for trực tiếp bóng đá k+ shall formulate plans on hygiene protection zones for water exploitation areas and submit them to competent agencies for decision, protect water sources and environment in exploitation areas and supply adequate information and data on water exploitation and use in accordance with law.
