- Surface water extraction projects with a scale of over 100 m³/day-night.

- Ensure trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay prevention and minimization of negative impacts on trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay water quality of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay water extraction projects supplying domestic water and other functions of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay water source.- Suitable to trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay terrain, geological, hydrogeological conditions, flow policies, water source characteristics, extraction scale, layout diagram of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay project, and other related features for protecting trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay domestic water source quality.- Consistent with trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay current land use status and trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay socio-economic development activities of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay area with water extraction projects for domestic supply.
How are trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay sanitary protection zone limits for surface water extraction projects from reservoirs, dams regulated?
Article 10 of Circular 03/2024/TT-BTNMT specifies trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay sanitary protection zone limits for surface water extraction projects as follows:
Sanitary protection zone limits for surface water extraction projects
- trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay sanitary protection zone limits for surface water extraction projects on rivers, streams, canals, and ditches for domestic supply are trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay upstream and downstream areas from trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay water extraction location of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay project (including trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay water source protection corridor limits that trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay project extracts), regulated as follows:
a) For extraction projects with a scale of over 100 m³/day-night to less than 50,000 m³/day-night, trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay sanitary protection zone should not be less than 1,000 m upstream and not less than 100 m downstream in mountainous areas; not less than 800 m upstream and not less than 200 m downstream in delta and midland areas;
b) For extraction projects with a scale from 50,000 m³/day-night or more, trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay sanitary protection zone should not be less than 1,500 m upstream and not less than 100 m downstream in mountainous areas; not less than 1,000 m upstream and not less than 200 m downstream in delta and midland areas.
- trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay sanitary protection zone limits for surface water extraction projects from reservoirs and dams for domestic supply are determined from trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay water extraction location of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay project, regulated as follows:
a) Not less than 1,500 m from trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay water extraction location for extraction projects from reservoirs and dams on rivers and streams, and should not exceed trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay water source protection corridor limits of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay reservoir, dam protection range;
b) trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay entire lake area for extraction projects from reservoirs not covered in point a of this section.
Thus, trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay sanitary protection zone limits for surface water extraction projects from reservoirs and dams are regulated as follows:
- Not less than 1,500 m from trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay water extraction location for extraction projects from reservoirs and dams on rivers and streams, and should not exceed trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay water source protection corridor limits of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay reservoir, dam protection range;
- trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay entire lake area for extraction projects from reservoirs not covered in (1).
