Who conducts fire safety inspections?
Clause 1, Article 16 of Decree 136/2020/ND-CP specifies the entities subject to fire safety inspections, including:
- Establishments subject to fire safety management;- Residential areas, households, forests, motor vehicles, technical infrastructures related to urban fire prevention, economic zones, industrial parks, industrial clusters, export processing zones, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái high-tech zones;- Construction works during the construction process as listed in Appendix 5 issued together with this Decree, excluding defense establishments serving military purposes;- Fire safety service business establishments.
What does a fire safety inspection include?
