a) xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 registrant refuses to purchase xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 asset after being determined as xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 eligible buyer;

b) xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 registrant who is eligible to purchase xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 asset does not sign xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 asset sales contract within xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 stipulated period;

c) xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 registrant who has xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 right to purchase xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 asset has signed xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 sales contract but does not pay for xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 asset or has paid for xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 asset but does not receive xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 asset;

d) Persons falling into xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 category mentioned in clause 3, Article 26 of Decree No. 151/2017/ND-CP but still register to purchase xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 asset.
