Conditions for Receiving Forest Protection Contracts

Clause 2, Article 19 of Decree 58/2024/ND-CP stipulates trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro following regarding forest protection contracts:

Forest Protection Contracts

1. Entities specified in point a, point b, clause 1, Article 5; points a, b, and c, clause 1, Article 9; and points a, b, and c, clause 1, Article 12, are prioritized for forest protection contracts: forest areas adjacent to residential areas for ethnic minority households, poor Kinh households in region II, III communes, households, individuals, and local community communities; forest areas adjacent to high-risk areas for forest resource infringement.

2. Criteria for Determining Contracting and Contracted Parties

1. trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro contracting party stipulated in clause 1, Article 2 of this Decree must meet trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro following criteria:

a) Assigned or leased agricultural land and assets attached to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro land by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro State as per trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro laws on land and forest protection and development;

b) Have a business production plan suitable with trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro planning and project on forest protection and development or project approved by a competent state authority according to current state regulations.

2. trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro contracted party stipulated in clause 2, Article 2 of this Decree must meet trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro following criteria:

a) Individuals receiving contracts must have full civil act capacity, be of working age, ensure trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro execution of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro contract, and not be members of a family or community that has received a contract as per points b and c of this clause;

b) Families receiving contracts must have members with full civil act capacity, be of working age, ensure contract execution, and not be members of a community that has received a contract as per points a and c of this clause;

c) Village communities receiving contracts must ensure conditions of organization, human resources, and material resources to execute trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro contract;

- Individuals receiving contracts must have full civil act capacity, be of working age, ensure contract execution, and not be members of a family or community that has received a contract as stipulated;

- Families receiving contracts must have members with full civil act capacity, be of working age, ensure contract execution, and not be members of a community that has received a contract as stipulated;

For work or service contracts, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro contract limit is agreed upon by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro contracting party and trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro contracted party. For stable contracts according to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro production and business cycle, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro contracting party, based on trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro scale of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro contracted area and trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro needs of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro contracted party, agrees upon and determines an appropriate contract limit, where:
