1. When will there be results for approval for technology transfer in Vietnam?

Pursuant to Article 29 of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Law on Technology Transfer 2017 stipulates Application and procedures for approval for technology transfer as follows:

1. An application for an approval for technology transfer includes:

a) vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay application form for an approval for technology transfer;

b) Proof of legal status of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay applicant;

c) Written explanation for technology to be transferred;

d) Written explanation for conditions for applying transferred technology in accordance with regulations of law;

dd) written explanation for vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay consistency of transferred technology with laws on technical standards and regulations.

2. vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay organization or individual that wants to make transfer of technology restricted from transferring shall send an application for approval for technology transfer to vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Ministry of Science and Technology.

3. Within 03 working days from vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay receipt of application, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Ministry of Science and Technology shall consider and request vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay applicant to supplement vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay application in accordance with regulations.

4. Within 30 days from vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay receipt of sufficient application, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Ministry of Science and Technology shall take charge of and cooperate with relevant ministries to give a written approval for technology transfer. If vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay application is refused, a written response which specifies reasons for refusal shall be given to vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay applicant.

5. Minister of Science and Technology is responsible for promulgating vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay templates of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay application form for approval for technology transfer and explanation for technology.

2. What does application for issuance of technology transfer permit in Vietnam?

According to Article 30 of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Law on Technology Transfer 2017, application and procedures for issuance of technology transfer permit are as follows:

1. An application for a technology transfer permit includes:

a) vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay application form for a technology transfer permit, which specifies vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay parties’ responsibility to ensure vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay compliance of contents of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay technology transfer agreement with relevant laws;

b) Proof of legal status of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay parties entering into vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay technology transfer agreement;

c) vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay original in Vietnamese or vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay certified copy of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay technology transfer agreement. In case of unavailability of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay technology transfer agreement in Vietnamese language, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay notarized or certified translation into Vietnamese language shall be submitted;

d) vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay list of documents concerning technology, machinery, equipment (if any) enclosed with vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay technology transfer agreement;

dd) vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay certified copy of IP Rights Certificate for objects subject to IP Rights protection (if any);

e) Quality standards of products created by applying vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay transferred technology;

g) Explanation for conditions for using technology;

h) vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay written record of valuation of transferred technology in case vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay transferee uses state funding.

2. Upon vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay receipt of approval for technology transfer from vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Ministry of Science and Technology, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay parties shall conclude a technology transfer agreement.

3. Within 60 days from vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay conclusion of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay technology transfer agreement, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay party that is obliged to apply for a technology transfer permit shall send an application for a technology transfer permit to vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Ministry of Science and Technology.

4. Within 05 working days from vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay receipt of application, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Ministry of Science and Technology shall consider and request vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay applicant to supplement vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay application in accordance with regulations.

Within 60 days from vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay receipt of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay written request for supplementation of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay application, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay applicant must supplement required documents or submit an application for extension of deadline for supplementing documents. vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay extension given to supplement vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay application shall not exceed 60 days. Over this period, if vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay applicant fails to supplement required documents, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Ministry of Science and Technology shall give a written notification of refusal to issue vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay technology transfer permit and return vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay application as requested.

5. Within 15 working days from vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay receipt of sufficient application, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Ministry of Science and Technology shall process vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay application and grant a technology transfer permit to vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay applicant. If vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay application is refused, a written response which specifies reasons thereof shall be given.

6. In case of change in contents of a technology transfer permit, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay applicant must carry out procedures for a new permit.

7. Minister of Science and Technology is responsible for promulgating vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay template of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay application form for a technology transfer permit and vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay technology transfer permit template.
