1. xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Standing Committee of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Association is elected by xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Executive Board from among xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube members of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Executive Committee; xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Standing Committee of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Association is composed of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube President, Vice Presidents, General Secretary and members. xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube number, structure and criteria of Standing Committee members shall be decided by xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Executive Board. xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube term of office of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Standing Committee is xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube same as xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube term of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube General Assembly.

2. Duties and powers of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Standing Board:

a) On behalf of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Executive Board to implement xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube General Meeting's Resolution and xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Association's Charter; organize xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube implementation of resolutions and decisions of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Executive Board; lead and administer xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Association's activities between xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube two meetings of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Executive Board;

b) Prepare content and decide to convene xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Executive Board meeting;

c) Decide on xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube establishment of organizations and units under xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Association according to xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Resolution of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Executive Board; defining xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube functions, tasks and powers of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube organizational structure; decide on appointment and dismissal of leaders of organizations and units under xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Association;

d) Assign direct responsibilities of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube President to xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Vice Presidents and members of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Standing Committee of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Association.

3. Operation principle:

a) xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Standing Board operates in accordance with xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Regulations promulgated by xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Executive Board, in compliance with xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube provisions of law and xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Association's Charter;

b) xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Standing Committee meets 01 (one) time per quarter, may hold an extraordinary meeting at xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube request of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Association's President or more than 1/2 (one-half) of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube total number of Standing Committee members;

c) xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube meetings of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Standing Committee shall be chaired by xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube President of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Association or authorized by xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Chairman and voted by majority. Meetings of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Standing Committee are valid when more than 1/2 (one-half) of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube total number of Standing Committee members attend xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube meeting. xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Standing Committee may vote by show of hands or secret ballot, xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube regulation of voting form shall be decided by xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Standing Board;

d) Resolutions and decisions of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Standing Board are approved when more than 1/2 (one-half) of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube total number of Standing Committee members attending xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube meeting vote in favor.
