What is trực tiếp bóng đá k+ deadline for submitting or sending a report on trực tiếp bóng đá k+ loss of laissez-passers inside Vietnam?

According to Article 11 of Decree 76/2020/ND-CP, which was amended by Clause 5 of Article 1 of Decree 67/2024/ND-CP, there are provisions regarding trực tiếp bóng đá k+ cancellation of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ validity of lost laissez-passers as follows:

Cancellation of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ validity of lost laissez-passers:

1. In trực tiếp bóng đá k+ case of lost domestic laissez-passers, within a period of 02 working days from trực tiếp bóng đá k+ date of discovering trực tiếp bóng đá k+ loss, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ person who lost trực tiếp bóng đá k+ laissez-passer must directly submit or send a report on trực tiếp bóng đá k+ loss of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ laissez-passer using trực tiếp bóng đá k+ M02a form issued with this Decree to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Immigration Management Agency of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ provincial or district-level police where it is convenient or on trực tiếp bóng đá k+ electronic platform at trực tiếp bóng đá k+ National Public Service Portal or trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Public Service Portal of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Ministry of Public Security. In case of force majeure, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ deadline for submitting or sending trực tiếp bóng đá k+ report on trực tiếp bóng đá k+ loss of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ laissez-passer may be extended, but trực tiếp bóng đá k+ specific reasons for trực tiếp bóng đá k+ force majeure must be explained in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ report.

Within a period of 01 working day from trực tiếp bóng đá k+ date of receiving trực tiếp bóng đá k+ report on trực tiếp bóng đá k+ loss of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ laissez-passer, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ receiving agency is responsible for notifying trực tiếp bóng đá k+ issuing authority of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ laissez-passer to cancel its validity as prescribed in Clause 4 of this Article.

2. In trực tiếp bóng đá k+ case of lost laissez-passers abroad, within a period of 02 working days from trực tiếp bóng đá k+ date of discovering trực tiếp bóng đá k+ loss, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ person who lost trực tiếp bóng đá k+ laissez-passer must report to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ competent authority of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ host country to carry out procedures to confirm trực tiếp bóng đá k+ loss of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ laissez-passer and facilitate departure; upon returning to Vietnam, they must report trực tiếp bóng đá k+ loss of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ laissez-passer to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ immigration control unit of Vietnam at trực tiếp bóng đá k+ border checkpoint.

3. trực tiếp bóng đá k+ immigration control unit at trực tiếp bóng đá k+ border checkpoint is responsible for receiving trực tiếp bóng đá k+ report from trực tiếp bóng đá k+ person who lost trực tiếp bóng đá k+ laissez-passer abroad and issuing an entry certificate using trực tiếp bóng đá k+ M03 form issued with this Decree to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ person who lost trực tiếp bóng đá k+ laissez-passer.

4. Within a period of 01 working day from trực tiếp bóng đá k+ date of receiving trực tiếp bóng đá k+ report on trực tiếp bóng đá k+ loss of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ laissez-passer or trực tiếp bóng đá k+ notification of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ transfer of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ report on trực tiếp bóng đá k+ loss of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ laissez-passer or trực tiếp bóng đá k+ entry certificate from trực tiếp bóng đá k+ immigration control unit at trực tiếp bóng đá k+ border checkpoint, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ issuing authority of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ laissez-passer shall cancel trực tiếp bóng đá k+ validity of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ lost laissez-passer and notify trực tiếp bóng đá k+ provincial border guard command where trực tiếp bóng đá k+ citizen was issued trực tiếp bóng đá k+ laissez-passer.

Therefore, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ deadline for submitting or sending a report on trực tiếp bóng đá k+ loss of domestic laissez-passers is 02 working days from trực tiếp bóng đá k+ date of discovering trực tiếp bóng đá k+ loss.

However, if there are unforeseen circumstances, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ deadline for submitting or sending trực tiếp bóng đá k+ report on trực tiếp bóng đá k+ loss of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ laissez-passer may be extended, but trực tiếp bóng đá k+ specific reasons for trực tiếp bóng đá k+ unforeseen circumstances must be explained in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ report.

Who is eligible to be issued a laissez-passer in vietnam?

According to Article 4 of Decree 76/2020/ND-CP (amended by Clause 6 Article 1 of Decree 67/2024/ND-CP), trực tiếp bóng đá k+ eligible individuals to be issued a laissez-passer are as follows:

- Individuals eligible for a Vietnam-Cambodia border laissez-passer include officials, civil servants, employees working in agencies, organizations, and enterprises based in a province that shares a border with Cambodia and are assigned to work in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ neighboring border province of Cambodia.

- Individuals eligible for a Vietnam-Laos border laissez-passer include:

+ Vietnamese citizens residing in a province that shares a border with Laos.

+ Vietnamese citizens who are not residents of provinces sharing a border with Laos but work in agencies, organizations, and enterprises based in a province that shares a border with Laos.

- Individuals eligible for a Vietnam-China border entry-exit laissez-passer include:

+ Vietnamese citizens residing in communes, wards, towns adjacent to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Vietnam-China border.

+ Officials, civil servants working in state agencies with headquarters located in districts, towns, cities within trực tiếp bóng đá k+ border province of Vietnam adjacent to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Vietnam-China border and are assigned to work in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ neighboring border area of China.
