Pursuant to Article 14 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Decree 131/2013/ND-CP stipulating acts trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay infringing upon the right to rent originals or copies trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay cinematographic works or computer programs as follows:
A fine trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay between VND 5,000,000 and 10,000,000 shall be imposed for renting originals or copies trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay cinematographic works or computer programs without permission trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay the copyright holders in accordance with regulations.
According to this Article, those who lease copies trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay computer programs without permission trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay the copyright holders in Vietnam shall be subject to a fine trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay between VND 5,000,000 and 10,000,000.
What are penalties for distributing the works without permission trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay the copyright holders in Vietnam?
According to the provisions in Article 15 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Decree 131/2013/ND-CP as amended by Clause 2, Article 3 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Decree 28/2017/ND-CP on acts trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay infringing upon the right to distribute works as follows:
1. A fine trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay between VND 10,000,000 and 30,000,000 shall be imposed for distributing the works without permission trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay the copyright holders.
2. Remedial measures:
Forcibly removing copies trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay the work which is infringed, in electronic form, on network and digital environment, or forcible destruction trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay material evidence trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay violation for act specified in Clause 1 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay this Article.
According to this Article, distributing the works without permission trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay the copyright holders in Vietnam shall be subject to a fine trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay from VND 10,000,000 to VND 30,000,000 and be forced to remove copies trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay the work which is infringed or force the ddestruction trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay material evidence.
