What Conditions Must Be Met to Annotate Marriages in Vietnam?

What Documents Are Required for Marriage Registration Annotation?
According to Clause 1, Article 35 of Decree 123/2015/ND-CP, xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube procedure for marriage registration annotation is as follows:

b) A copy of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube marriage certificate issued by xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube foreign competent authority;
c) In addition to xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube documents stipulated in Points a and b of this Clause, if xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube dossier is sent via postal system:
+ A copy of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube identification documents of both male and female parties as stipulated in Clause 1, Article 2 of this Decree must be submitted;
+ For Vietnamese citizens who have divorced or annulled xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube marriage at a competent foreign authority, a copy of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube record of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube divorce or marital annulment must be submitted according to Clause 2, Article 37 of this Decree.
