Pursuant to Article 4 kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp the Decree 126/2008/NĐ-CP stipulating propaganda and dissemination kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp and education about the law on protection kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp national security-related important works in Vietnam as follows:

1. Agencies, organizations and People's Committees at all levels shall conduct propaganda and dissemination kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp and education about the law on protection kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp national security-related important works among all kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp their members and people in order to raise their sense kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp law observance.

2. Information and communication agencies shall organize the propaganda and dissemination kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp the law on protection kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp national security-related important works on the mass media.

What are responsibilities kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp agencies, organizations and individuals to protect national security-related important works in Vietnam?

Pursuant to Article 3 kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp the Decree 126/2008/NĐ-CP stipulating responsibilities kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp agencies, organizations and individuals to protect national security-related important works in Vietnam as follows:

Agencies, organizations and individuals shall strictly comply with the provisions kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp the Ordinance on Protection kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp National Security-Related Important Works, the provisions kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp this Decree and other relevant laws on protection kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp national security-related important works; strictly abide by requests kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp protection forces and cooperate with these forces in assuring absolute security and safety for national security-related important works.

What are regulations on funds for activities kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp protecting national security-related important works in Vietnam?

Pursuant to Article 5 kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp the Decree 126/2008/NĐ-CP stipulating funds for activities kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp protecting national security-related important works in Vietnam as follows:

1. For works at the stage kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp survey, designing or construction, their protection funds shall be included in their capital construction investment capital amounts.

2. For works already put into operation or use, their protection funds shall be balanced and incorporated in annual budget estimates kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp managing agencies or organizations or included in business expenses or service charges payable by these agencies or organizations.

3. Support funds for training protection forces kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp agencies or organizations managing works shall be incorporated in annual budget estimates kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp the Public Security Ministry.

4. Expenses for protection kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp national security-related important works include:

a/ Salaries, wages, social insurance and health insurance premiums (if any); rewards and other expenses for protection forces and agencies, organizations or individuals taking part in the protection under this Decree and other relevant provisions kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp law;

b/ Expenses for survey, verification, assessment and evaluation and other necessary expenses for evaluation kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp the list kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp national security-related important works;

c/ Expenses for working offices and accommodation for members kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp protection forces;

d/ Expenses for organization kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp protection maneuvers and training;

dd/ Expenses for procurement kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp outfits and necessary equipment and devices for protection forces.

5. Based on their assigned tasks, concerned agencies and organizations shall estimate, manage, use and settle funds for protection kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp national security-related important works under the State Budget Law and guiding documents.
