What are regulations on scope đá bóng trực tiếp protection đá bóng trực tiếp national security-related important works in Vietnam?

Pursuant to Article 14 đá bóng trực tiếp the Decree 126/2008/NĐ-CP stipulating scope đá bóng trực tiếp protection đá bóng trực tiếp national security-related important works in Vietnam as follows:

1. For works at the stage đá bóng trực tiếp survey, designing or construction:

a/ Assuring their safety and secrecy (for projects on the list đá bóng trực tiếp state secrets);

b/ Safeguarding them in the course đá bóng trực tiếp construction, combating stealing or fraudulent exchange đá bóng trực tiếp supplies and technical equipment and facilities supplied under approved designs;

c/ Assuring that construction activities are conducted in compliance with technical processes and standards already approved by competent agencies.

2. For works already put into operation or use:

a/ Protecting state secrets (if these works are on the list đá bóng trực tiếp state secrets);

b/ Safeguarding internal security against unauthorized entry and sabotage;

c/ Preventing and combating crimes and enemy sabotage against physical foundations and protection corridors đá bóng trực tiếp these works;

d/ Preventing and combating other illegal acts.

What are regulations on protection đá bóng trực tiếp works upon their planning, designing, construction, renovation or upgrading, and in operation in Vietnam?

Pursuant to Article 15 đá bóng trực tiếp the Decree 126/2008/NĐ-CP and Article 16 đá bóng trực tiếp the Decree 126/2008/NĐ-CP stipulating protection đá bóng trực tiếp works upon their planning, designing, construction, renovation or upgrading, and in operation in Vietnam as follows:

* Works upon their planning, designing, construction, renovation or upgrading:

1. To supervise the assurance đá bóng trực tiếp security and safety under plans in the course đá bóng trực tiếp planning, designing and construction đá bóng trực tiếp works, such as selection đá bóng trực tiếp locations to meet protection requirements and installation đá bóng trực tiếp technical systems for protection; stationing and movement đá bóng trực tiếp the protection force; installation đá bóng trực tiếp the fire prevention and fighting system; plans to limit weaknesses or take advantage đá bóng trực tiếp technical elements in the planning and design to meet protection requirements.

2. In case đá bóng trực tiếp a change in the planning or design, renovation or upgrading đá bóng trực tiếp a work, the head đá bóng trực tiếp the work-managing agency shall work out a detailed scheme on the change and obtain permission đá bóng trực tiếp the Public Security Minister or the Defense Minister (for works directly managed by the Defense Ministry), and an appropriate plan to protect the work.

* Works in operation:

1. The operation đá bóng trực tiếp national security-related important works must comply with prescribed technical processes, rules and standards. Agencies and organizations that manage or operate works shall assure their safety and work out plans on response to incidents upon detecting the risk đá bóng trực tiếp incident, and devise proactive measures to prevent and combat natural disasters and other factors likely to harm these works.

2. To work out and implement protection plans to prevent and combat acts harming the safety đá bóng trực tiếp works; to organize drills and maneuvers to respond to any unexpected events.

What are regulations on management and use đá bóng trực tiếp protection corridors đá bóng trực tiếp national security-related important works in Vietnam?

Pursuant to Article 17 đá bóng trực tiếp the Decree 126/2008/NĐ-CP stipulating management and use đá bóng trực tiếp protection corridors đá bóng trực tiếp national security-related important works in Vietnam as follows:

1. Within the protection corridor đá bóng trực tiếp a national security-related important work, the following activities are prohibited:

a/ Building residential houses, economic or civil works;

b/ Setting fire, using explosive materials, flammable or blasting equipment and materials, fire-carrying flying objects;

c/ Conducting agricultural, forestry or fishery activities within a radius đá bóng trực tiếp 500 m from the base đá bóng trực tiếp the national security-related important work;

d/ Exploring and exploiting mineral resources;

dd/ Hunting or blasting;

e/ Anchoring or mooring vessels.

2. Within the protection corridor đá bóng trực tiếp a national security-related important work, the following activities are allowed:

a/ Building works in direct service đá bóng trực tiếp the operation đá bóng trực tiếp the work;

b/ Building small- and medium-sized irrigation works or works in service đá bóng trực tiếp fire and explosion prevention and combat, salvage and rescue;

c/ Building small- and medium-sized transport infrastructure works in direct service đá bóng trực tiếp the operation đá bóng trực tiếp the work, or works in service đá bóng trực tiếp fire and explosion prevention and combat, salvage and rescue.

3. In special cases when necessary to use land, water or space areas for purposes other than those specified in Clause 2 đá bóng trực tiếp this Article, the Prime Minister's permission is required.

4. Apart from the provisions đá bóng trực tiếp Clauses I and 2 đá bóng trực tiếp this Article, residence, production, business, entry, exit, travel, filming, photographing and other activities within the protection corridor đá bóng trực tiếp a national security-related important work is subject to the permission đá bóng trực tiếp the agency or organization managing the work.

5. Upon the occurrence đá bóng trực tiếp a fire or explosion or emergence đá bóng trực tiếp danger đá bóng trực tiếp a fire or explosion in a national security-related important work, all responsible local agencies, organizations and individuals shall cooperate with commanders đá bóng trực tiếp concerned protection units in organizing the timely prevention and response. All unauthorized individuals are strictly prohibited from entering the protection corridors đá bóng trực tiếp national security-related important works during the time when the danger đá bóng trực tiếp a fire or explosion exists, or a fire or explosion is occurring or dealt with.
