On February 28, 2025, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Ministry of Public Security issuedThông tư 12/2025/TT-BCAregulating xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 testing and issuance of driving licenses; issuance and use of international driving licenses.
Pursuant to Article 14 ofCircular 12/2025/TT-BCAregulating xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 recognition of testing results:
Article 12. Recognition of testing results
- Considering recognition of testing results for candidates taking xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 driving test for categories A1, A, and B1
a) Candidates passing xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 theoretical and practical driving tests in xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 yard will be recognized as having passed xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 testing round;
b) Candidates who do not pass xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 theoretical test are allowed to continue attending xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 practical driving test in xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 yard;
c)Candidates who pass either xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 theoretical or practical driving test in xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 yard may retain their achieved test results for up to one year from xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 date of passing xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 test.If they wish to retake xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 test, they must be listed in xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 previous missed or failed test record from xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Examination Council and have a valid health certificate or be listed in xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 driver's test information system.
- Considering recognition of testing results for candidates taking xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 driving test for categories B, C1, C, D1, D2, D, BE, C1E, CE, D1E, D2E, DE
a) Candidates passing xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 theoretical test, simulation of traffic situations, practical driving test in xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 yard, and practical driving test on xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 road will be recognized as having passed xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 testing round;
b) Candidates passing any of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 theoretical test, simulation of traffic situations, practical driving test in xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 yard, or practical driving test on xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 road will retain those test results for up to one year from xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 date of passing xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 test;to retake xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 test, a valid driver's health certificate is required, and they must be listed in xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 previous missed or failed test record or in xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 driver's test information system;
c) Candidates not passing one of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 tests as stipulated in point a of this clause are allowed to continue with xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 remaining parts.

According to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 above regulation, candidates taking xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 driving test for categories A1, A, and B1 who do not pass xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 theoretical test are allowed to continue with xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 practical driving test in xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 yard. If they pass either xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 theoretical or practical driving test in xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 yard, they may retain their achieved test results for up to one year from xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 date of passing xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 test.
For candidates taking xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 driving test for categories B, C1, C, D1, D2, D, BE, C1E, CE, D1E, D2E, DE, those passing any of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 theoretical test, simulation traffic situations test, practical driving test in xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 yard, or practical driving test on xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 road will have that test result recognized and retained for up to one year from xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 date of passing xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 test.
Thus, candidates failing xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 theoretical part of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 driving license test are still allowed to take xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 remaining sections. xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 successful components will be retained.

- Category B1 issued for drivers of three-wheeled motorcycles and other vehicles as prescribed for an A1 category driving license

Candidates taking xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 category A1, A driving test who have a valid car driving license are exempt from xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 theoretical test;
b) Theoretical test performed on a computer, except as provided in Clause 2, Article 5 of this Circular.
