Who is eligible to register for extra classes in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro school in Vietnam?
Based on Article 5 ofCircular 29/2024/TT-BGDDTstipulating extra classes in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro school in Vietnam:
Article 5. Extra classes in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro school
- Extra classes shall not collect fees from students and is only for trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro following student categories registering per subject:
a) Students with unsatisfactory results in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro most recent semester for any subject;
b) Students selected by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro school for advanced training;
c) Students in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro final grade voluntarily registering for admission exam preparation or graduation exam preparation according to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro school’s education plan.
- trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro school organizes for students who fall under trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro categories specified in Clause 1 of this Article to write application forms to register for extra classes per subject and grade level (according to Form No. 01 in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Appendix attached to this Circular).
- Based on trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro number of students registered, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro school formulates a plan to organize extra classes for each subject and grade level.
- Class arrangements, scheduling, and organizing extra classes and studying must ensure trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro following requirements:
a) Extra classes are arranged per subject for each grade level; each class shall not exceed 45 (forty-five) students;
b)Extra classeshours should not interfere with trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro regular schedule nor precede trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro curriculum allocated in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro school's educational plan for each subject;
c) Each subject can have extra classes not exceeding 02 (two) periods per week.
- trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro plan for organizingextra classesis publicly shared on trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro school's electronic information portal or posted at trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro school.
Eligible students for extra classes within trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro school include:
- Students with unsatisfactory results in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro most recent semester for any subject
- Students selected by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro school for advanced training
- Students in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro final grade voluntarily registering for admission exam preparation or graduation exam preparation according to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro school’s education plan.
Is it permissible to organize extra classesoutside school in Vietnam?
Based on Article 6 ofCircular 29/2024/TT-BGDDTregulating extra classes outside of school:
Article 6. Extra classes outside school
- Organizations or individuals conducting extra classes activities outside trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro school that charge students must fulfill trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro following requirements:
a) Register for business according to legal regulations;
b) Publicize on electronic information portals or post at trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro location where supplemental centers operate trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro subjects offered for extra classes; extra classes duration per subject for each grade level; location, form, and schedule of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro extra classes; list of instructors and trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro fees for extra classes before enrolling trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro classes (according to Form No. 02 in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Appendix attached to this Circular).
- Those extra classes outside trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro school must exhibit good moral character and have trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro appropriate specialized capacity for each subject they teach.
- Teachers currently teaching in schools partaking in extra classes outside of school must inform trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Principal or Director or trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro head of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro school (collectively referred to as Principal) about trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro subject, location, form, and schedule of their extra classes (according to Form No. 03 in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Appendix attached to this Circular).
Organizations or individuals allowed to organize extra classes activities outside trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro school must charge fees. However, they must comply with trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro following requirements:
- Register for business according to legal regulations.
- Publicize on electronic information portals or post at trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro location where trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro supplemental center is headquartered regarding:
+ Subjects offered for extra classes
+ Extra classes duration for each subject by grade level
+ Location, form, and schedule for extra classes and learning
+ List of instructors and trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro fees for extra classes before enrolling trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro classes.
