In what cases are candidates eligible to graduate from high school in 2024 in Vietnam?

In Article 37 of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Regulation of high school graduation exam issued together with Circular 15/2020/TT-BGDĐT, there is a regulation that candidates will be given special status to graduate from high school in 2024 in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ following cases:

1. Candidates who meet trực tiếp bóng đá k+ requirements prescribed in Article 12 of this Regulation may be granted an exception of graduation recognition in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ following cases: Those who have an accident, get sick or get into unexpected situations during 10 days before trực tiếp bóng đá k+ exam or being unable to take trực tiếp bóng đá k+ exam because of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ mentioned reasons at trực tiếp bóng đá k+ first day of exam.

a) Conditions for granting exception: Academic performance and conduct in 12^thgrade shall be classified as Good and above;

b) Required documents in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ application: trực tiếp bóng đá k+ admission and discharge notes of hospital of district level and above are required in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ case of sickness and having an accident; records for unexpected situations verified by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ local People’s Committee are required in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ case of getting into unexpected situations. Proposal record of exception in graduation recognition of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ high school at which trực tiếp bóng đá k+ candidate registered for trực tiếp bóng đá k+ exam and proof of academic performance and conduct in 12^thgrade.

2. Those who have an accident, get sick or get into unexpected situations after taking at least one test and being unable to take trực tiếp bóng đá k+ rest of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ exam or volunteering for taking trực tiếp bóng đá k+ rest of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ exam after their recovery.

a) Conditions for granting exception: Scores of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ taken papers required for graduation recognition shall be 5.0 and above; academic performance and conduct in 12^thgrade shall be classified as Average for trực tiếp bóng đá k+ former and Good for trực tiếp bóng đá k+ latter;

b) Required documents in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ application: application for granting exception; trực tiếp bóng đá k+ admission and discharge notes of hospital of district level and above are required in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ case of sickness and having an accident; records for unexpected situations verified by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ local People’s Committee are required in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ case of getting into unexpected situations and proof of academic performance and conduct in 12th grade.

3. Athletes who are eligible for exception of graduation recognition as per Article 5 of Decree No. 36/2019/ND-CP dated April 29, 2019.

4. Procedures:

a) Candidates shall submit trực tiếp bóng đá k+ application of granting exception to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ head of units at which candidates registered for trực tiếp bóng đá k+ exam in no more than 7 days after trực tiếp bóng đá k+ end of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ final paper. trực tiếp bóng đá k+ head of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ unit shall receive and transfer candidates’ applications of granting exception to DETs;

High school students, continuing education students who have to undergo conduct assessment, continuing education students who are following a program that combines both intermediate vocational training and secondary education and have trực tiếp bóng đá k+ vocational training certificate issued by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ DET, educational institutions and vocational training institutions shall be eligible for extra points according to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ classification of their vocational training certificates as follows:

a) “Very Good” for Vocational Certificate, “Excellent” and “Very Good” for Diploma Level 4 of VQF/ Intermediate Professional Education Diploma: + 2.0 points;

b) “Good” for Vocational Certificate, “Good” and “Average Good” for Diploma Level 4 of VQF/ Intermediate Professional Education Diploma: + 1.5 points;

c) “Ordinary”: +1.0 point.
