1. Lawyer members who are 75 years old or older are exempt from membership fees.

Pursuant to Clause 2 Article 30 of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Law on Lawyers in 2006 (amended by Clause 11 Article 1 of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Law on amendments to xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Law on Lawyers in 2012), xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay application for joining xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay bar association in Vietnam includes following documents:

- xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay written application for joining xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay bar association in accordance with xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay form provided by xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Vietnam Bar Federation;

- xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay judicial résumé, if xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay dossier is submitted after 06 months as from xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay date of issue of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay lawyer practicing certificate;

- A copy of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay lawyer practicing certificate.

Is it possible for a lawyer to replace his/her Lawyer’s card when he/she changes bar association in Vietnam?

Pursuant to Clause 4 Article 30 of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Law on Lawyers in 2006 (amended by Clause 11 Article 1 of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Law on amendments to xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Law on Lawyers in 2012) stipulating regulations on joining xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay bar association:

3. 4. Within 07 working days as from making xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay decision on xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay participation in xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay bar association, xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Board of Directors of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay bar association shall send a written request for xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Lawyer’s card to xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Vietnam Bar Federation. xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Lawyer’s card shall be issued within 20 days as from receiving xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay written request from xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay bar association.

xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay validity period of a Lawyer’s card is unlimited, and shall be replaced when it is lost or damaged.

5. Within 03 years as from xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay date of issue of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay lawyer’s card, if xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay lawyer does not work for a law-practicing organization under a labor contract, nor work as an independent lawyer for a organization under a labor contract, organize, nor establish, nor participate in xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay establishment of a law-practicing organizations as prescribed by this law in xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay same locality with xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay bar association, or does not practice law for consecutive five years after xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay issue of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay lawyer’s card, then xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Board of Directors of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay bar association shall eliminate that lawyer’s name from xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay list of lawyers, and request xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Vietnam Bar Federation to revoke xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay lawyer's card.

6. A lawyer that moves to another bar association must send a written request to xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay bar association, of which he or she is a member, to withdraw from its lawyer list.

Within 05 working days as from receiving xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay written request, xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Board of Directors of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay bar association shall make xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay decision on eliminate xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay lawyer from its lawyer list, and send a letter of introduction enclosed with xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay résumé of such lawyer to xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay bar association which such lawyer is going to join.

While waiting for xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay replacement of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay lawyer’s card, xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay lawyer may keep using xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay old card, and must submit it upon xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay replacement of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay lawyer’s card.”

As regulated above, a Lawyer’s card can be replaced in following cases:

- when xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay holder changes bar association;

- when it is lost or damaged.

Therefore, a Lawyer’s card can be replaced when he holder changes bar association.
