Article 1. October 10 every year is designated as “Vietnamese Lawyers' Traditional Day.”

Based on Article 21 of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nayLaw on Lawyers 2006amended by Clause 12 Article 1 of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay2012 Amended Law on Lawyers, which stipulates xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay rights and duties of lawyers in Vietnam:
Article 21. Rights and duties of lawyers
1. Lawyers have xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following rights:
a) To be guaranteed by law xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay right to practice law in accordance with xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay provisions of this Law and relevant legal provisions;
b) To represent clients according to legal provisions;
c) To practice law, choose xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay form of legal practice and xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay form of legal practice organization according to xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay provisions of this Law;
d) To practice law throughout xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay territory of Vietnam;
dd) To practice law abroad;
e) Other rights as prescribed by this Law.

- To represent clients according to legal provisions;

- Comply with xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay principles of legal practice as follows:
+ Comply with xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Constitution and laws.
+ Follow xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Code of Ethics and Conduct for Vietnamese Lawyers.
+ Be independent, honest, and respect xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay objective truth.
+ Use lawful measures to best protect xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay legal rights and interests of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay client.
+ Be responsible before xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay law for professional legal activities.
- Strictly adhere to xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay rules and regulations related to relations with procedural authorities;
- Have a cooperative and respectful attitude towards those conducting proceedings, who xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay lawyer interacts with in practice;
- Participate in proceedings fully and promptly in cases requested by procedural authorities;
- Provide legal aid;
- Participate in mandatory professional and vocational training courses;
- Other duties as prescribed.
What are cases of withdrawal of law practice certificates in Vietnam?

Article 18. Revocation of a law practice certificate
1. Individuals who have been granted a practicing certificate and fall into one of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following cases will have their practicing certificate revoked:
a) No longer meet xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay lawyer standards prescribed in Article 10 of this Law;
b) Recruited or appointed as officials and public employees; officers, professional soldiers, defense workers in agencies or units of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay People's Army; officers, non-commissioned officers, workers in agencies or units of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay People's Police;
c) No longer permanently residing in Vietnam;
d) Have not joined any Bar Association within two years from xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay date of being granted a practicing certificate;
dd) Have not established, participated in establishing, or worked under a labor contract for a law practice organization or registered to practice individually within three years from xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay date of joining a Bar Association;
e) Voluntarily cease practicing law;
g) Disciplined in xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay form of being removed from xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay lawyer list of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Bar Association;
h) Administrative penalty in xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay form of temporary deprivation of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay practicing certificate; subject to administrative measures such as mandatory drug rehabilitation, compulsory education;
i) Sentenced with a legally effective judgment;
k) Loss of or restriction in civil act capacity.
2. xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Minister of Justice has xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay authority to revoke a law practice certificate and prescribe xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay procedure for revocation. In cases where xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Minister of Justice decides to revoke a law practice certificate, xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Vietnam Bar Federation is notified to reclaim xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Lawyer Card.
Thus, a law practice certificate is revoked under xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following circumstances:
[1]No longer meeting lawyer standards:
- A Vietnamese citizen loyal to xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Fatherland
- Comply with xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Constitution and laws
- Possess good ethical qualities
- Hold a law bachelor's degree
- Have been trained in legal profession
- Have undergone a lawyer practice internship
- Possess health ensuring xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay practice of law to become a lawyer.
[2]Recruited or appointed as officials and public employees; officers, professional soldiers, defense workers in agencies or units of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay People's Army; officers, non-commissioned officers, workers in agencies or units of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay People's Police
[3]No longer permanently residing in Vietnam
