1. xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 apprentice must record their daily apprenticeship-related tasks in an apprenticeship journal (Form TP-TSCC-06). xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 apprenticeship journal is certified weekly by xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 notary mentor and is certified by notarial apprenticeship organization at xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 end of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 apprenticeship period.

In case xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 apprentice changes xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 notarial apprenticeship organization, he or she must keep an apprenticeship journal for each notarial practice organization where he or she is apprenticed. What are 02 cases of suspension of notarial apprenticeship in Vietnam?

Pursuant to Clause 1 Article 9 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Circular 08/2023/TT-BTP stipulating suspension of notarial apprenticeship:

Suspension of notarial apprenticeship

1. An apprentice may suspend their apprenticeship in any of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 following cases:

a) xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 apprentice takes maternity leave, medical leave, or other authorized leave;

b) xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 notarial apprenticeship organization must suspend operations due to force majeure events, or be suspended but xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 apprentice does not apply for changing xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 notarial apprenticeship organization.

2. In xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 case specified in Point a, Clause 1 of this Article, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 apprentice must notify xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 notarial practice organization where he or she is practicing in writing at least 5 working days before xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 suspension date and provide documentation supporting xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 reason for suspension.

3. Apprentices with a 12-month apprenticeship period may suspend their apprenticeship up to two times for a maximum of six months each time. Apprentices with a 6-month apprenticeship period may suspend their apprenticeship up to two times for a maximum of three months each time.
