- Skills in receiving, classifying notarial requests; skills in checking vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay authenticity and legality of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay documents in vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay notarial request file; skills in examining, identifying vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay subject, and civil capacity of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay parties to vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay contract or transaction;

- Skills in interacting with people requesting notarization, interacting in accordance with vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Code of professional ethics for notaries;

- Skills in explaining to people requesting notarization about their rights, obligations, and legitimate interests, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay meaning and legal consequences of notarization;

- Skills in explaining vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay reason for refusing a request for notarization;

- Skills in researching and proposing solutions for notarial request files;

What are cases in which an apprentice of notary profession is allowed to change vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay place of apprenticeship in Vietnam?

As prescribed in Article 8 of Circular 08/2023/TT-BTP, an apprentice of notary profession is allowed to change vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay place of apprenticeship in vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following cases:

- vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay organization of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay notary profession that accepts vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay apprenticeship is suspended for a period of time, ceases to operate, or is converted or dissolved.

- vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay organization of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay notary profession that accepts vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay apprenticeship no longer meets vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay conditions for accepting apprentices.

- vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay mentor notary is required to change and vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay organization of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay notary profession does not have another notary who is qualified to guide vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay apprenticeship.

- vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay apprentice is a civil servant of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Notary Office who is transferred to another Notary Office.

- vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay apprentice changes their place of residence to another province or centrally-run city and wishes to change vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay place of apprenticeship, or belongs to vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay case of having to change vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay organization of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay notary profession that accepts vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay apprenticeship and vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay locality does not have another organization of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay notary profession that meets vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay conditions for accepting apprentices.

When is an apprentice of notary profession recognized as having completed vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay apprenticeship in Vietnam?

Pursuant to Article 12 of Circular 08/2023/TT-BTP stipulating completion of notarial practice probation in Vietnam as follows:

Completion of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay notarial practice probation

1. Within 15 days from vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay end of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay apprenticeship period, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay apprentice shall submit a written request for recognition of completion of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay apprenticeship, together with vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Report on vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay results of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay apprenticeship, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Apprenticeship Diary (a certified copy or a copy attached to vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay original for comparison) to vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Department of Justice where vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay apprenticeship is registered. Within 10 days from vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay date of receipt of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay request, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Department of Justice shall issue a decision recognizing vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay completion of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay apprenticeship of notary profession (Mẫu TP-TSCC-08); if refused, it must reply in writing stating vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay reason.

2. vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay apprentice is recognized as having completed vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay apprenticeship of notary profession if they meet vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following conditions:

a) vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay apprentice has met vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay requirements for apprenticeship and does not belong to vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay cases not allowed to register for apprenticeship;

b) vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay mentor notary is qualified to guide vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay apprenticeship and does not belong to vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay cases that must change vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay mentor notary during vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay guidance process;

c) vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay apprentice completes vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay apprenticeship period; has a Report on vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay results of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay apprenticeship, an Apprenticeship Diary submitted on time, meets vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay requirements prescribed in this Circular and vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay attached forms; and fully performs other obligations of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay apprentice.

Therefore, an apprentice of notary profession is recognized as having completed vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay apprenticeship when they meet vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following conditions:

- vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay apprentice has met vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay requirements for apprenticeship and does not belong to vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay cases not allowed to register for apprenticeship.

- vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay mentor notary is qualified to guide vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay apprenticeship and does not belong to vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay cases that must change vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay mentor notary during vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay guidance process.

- vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay apprentice has completed vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay apprenticeship period.

- vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay apprentice has a Report on vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay results of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay apprenticeship and a Diary of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay apprenticeship submitted on time, meeting vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay requirements and attached forms.

- Fully performs other obligations of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay apprentice.

Note: Circular 08/2023/TT-BTP is effective from November 20, 2023.
