On December 29, 2023, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Minister of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs issued Circular 18/2023/TT-BLDTBXH on judicial assessment in kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp field of labor, people with meritorious services and society.

Article 16 of Circular 18/2023/TT-BLDTBXH stipulates kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp judicial expert conclusion as follows:

Judicial expert conclusion

1. Based on kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp results of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp judicial assessment, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Council of judicial assessment, judicial experts, judicial assessment organizations shall conclude on each specific examination request.

2. kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp judicial expert conclusion includes kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp contents specified in Article 32 of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Law on judicial assessment (amended and supplemented in 2020), according to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp forms specified in Appendix I, Appendix II, Appendix III issued together with this Decree.

Article 32 of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Law on Judicial Expertise 2012, amended by Clause 18, Article 1 of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Law on amending Judicial Expertise in 2020, stipulates:

Judicial expert conclusion

1. Judicial expert conclusions must be documented, including kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp followings:

a) Full name of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp person carrying out judicial expertise; kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp organization providing judicial expertise service;

b) Name and full name of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp jurisdictional procedural authority or kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp competent procedural person who solicits kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp judicial expertise; number of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp written document on solicitation of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp judicial expertise, or full name of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp petitioner for kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp judicial expertise;

c) Information identifying kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp subject of judicial expertise;

d) Time of receipt of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp written solicitation or request for judicial expertise;
