Pursuant to Article 18 of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Law on Lawyers in 2006 (amended by Clause 9 Article 1 of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Law on amendments to lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Law on Lawyers in 2012) stipulating regulations on revoking lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay lawyer practicing certificates:

Revoking lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay lawyer practicing certificates

1. lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay lawyer practicing certificate shall be revoked in one of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following cases:

a) No longer being qualified as a lawyer as prescribed in Article 10 of this law;

b) Being recruited or appointed as an officer, official, professional soldier or commissioned officer, national defense worker in an agency belonging to lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay army; a commissioned or non-commissioned officer, a worker in an agency belonging to lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Police;

c) No longer residing permanently in Vietnam;

d) Not joining a Bar association within 2 years as from lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay date of issue of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay lawyer practicing certificate;

dd) Not establishing, participating in lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay establishment, or working under a labor contract for a law-practicing organization, or working as an independent lawyer within 03 years as from lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay day of joining lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Bar association;

e) Voluntarily stopping practicing as a lawyer;

g) Being eliminated from lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay list of lawyers of a bar association;

dd) Having lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay lawyer practicing certificate temporarily revoked, being taken into detoxification centers or educational institutions;

i) Being convicted and lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay sentence has taken effect;

k) Being incapable of civil acts;

2. lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Minister of Justice is entitled to revoke lawyer practicing certificates, and shall specify lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay procedure for revoking lawyer practicing certificates. lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Decision on revoking lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay lawyer practicing certificate of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Minister of Justice shall be notified to lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Vietnam Bar Federation for revoking lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Lawyer’s card.

As regulations above, if a lawyer fails to join a Bar association within 2 years as from lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay date of issue of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay lawyer practicing certificate, his/her lawyer practicing certificate shall be revoked.

Pursuant to Article 19 of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Law on Lawyers in 2006 (amended by Clause 10 Article 1 of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Law on amendments to lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Law on Lawyers in 2012) stipulating regulations on reissuing lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay lawyer practicing certificates:

Reissuing lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay lawyer practicing certificates

1. lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay person that has had his or her lawyer practicing certificate revoked as prescribed in Points a, b, c, e and k Clause 1 Article 18 of this law shall have lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay lawyer practicing certificate reissued when lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay standards prescribed in this Law are met and lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay reasons for revoking lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay certificate are eliminated.

2. lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay person that has had his or her lawyer practicing certificate revoked as prescribed in Point d and Point dd Clause 1 Article 18 of this law shall have lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay lawyer practicing certificate reissued if he/she applies for reissuance of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay lawyer practicing certificate.

3. lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay person that has had his or her lawyer practicing certificate revoked as prescribed in Points g, h and i Clause 1 Article 18 of this law shall have lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay lawyer practicing certificate reissued when lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay requirements prescribed in this Article 10 are satisfied, and in one of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following cases:

a) Within 03 years as from lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay date of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay decision on revoking lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay lawyer practicing certificate by reason of being eliminated from lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay list of lawyers of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay bar association;

b) lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay lawyer practicing certificate revocation period has expired, or lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay decision on taking into detoxification centers or educational institutions is implemented;

c) lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay criminal records in lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay cases prescribed in Clause 4 this Article have been erased.

As regulations above, lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay person, that has had his or her lawyer practicing certificate revoked due to not joining a Bar association within 2 years, shall have lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay lawyer practicing certificate reissued if he/she applies for reissuance of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay lawyer practicing certificate.

What documents are included in lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay dossier of application for lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay lawyer practice certificate in Vietnam?

Pursuant to Clause 1 Article 17 of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Law on Lawyers in 2006 (amended by Clause 8 Article 1 of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Law on amendments to lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Law on Lawyers in 2012) stipulating lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay dossier of application for lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay lawyer practice certificate in Vietnam:

- lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay written application for lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay lawyer practicing certificate in accordance with lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay form issued by lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Ministry of Justice;

- lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay judicial résumé;

- lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay health certificate;

- A copy of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay bachelor’s degree in law or master’s degree in law;

- A copy of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay certificate of lawyer apprenticeship assessment.

Within 07 working days as from receiving lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay complete and valid dossier, lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Board of Directors of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay bar association shall send lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay dossier to lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Service of Justice, enclosed with lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay written certification that lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay applicant for lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay lawyer practicing certificate is qualified as prescribed in this law.
