Notarial practice probation

1. Those who have been granted certificates of graduation from notary training courses or certificates of completion of notary re-training courses shall undergo a probationary period at a notarial practice organization. A probationer may directly contact a notarial practice organization qualified to admit probationers so as to join such organization on probation; if he/she cannot directly contact any notarial practice organization, he/she may request trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay provincial-level Justice Department of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay locality where he/she wishes to undergo a probationary period to arrange his/her probation at a notarial practice organization qualified to admit probationers.

Based on Article 13 of Circular 08/2023/TT-BTP (effective from November 20, 2023), trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay rights and obligations of a notarial practice probationer are as follows:

Rights and obligations of a notarial practice probationer

1. trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay probationer has trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following rights:

a) To be provided with trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay necessary conditions and resources to complete trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay apprenticeship period as prescribed in Article 6 of this Circular;

b) To be guided by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay mentor notary on trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay apprenticeship contents, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay implementation of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay rights and obligations of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay apprentice;

c) To change trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay mentor notary, change trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay place of apprenticeship as prescribed in Articles 7 and 8 of this Circular;

d) To be recognized as having completed trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay apprenticeship as prescribed in Article 12 of this Circular;

dd) To be registered to participate in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay examination of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay results of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay apprenticeship of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay notary profession as prescribed in Article 17 of this Circular;
e) Other rights as agreed with trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay organization of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay notary profession that accepts trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay apprenticeship or as prescribed by law.

Therefore, a notarial practice probationer has trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following rights:

b) To fully and seriously carry out trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay work related to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay apprenticeship contents prescribed in Article 6 of this Circular according to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay assignment of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay mentor notary;

c) To ensure trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay daily training time according to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay working days and hours of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay organization of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay notary profession that accepts trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay apprenticeship;

d) To be responsible to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay mentor notary and trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay organization of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay notary profession that accepts trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay apprenticeship for trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay results and progress of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay assigned tasks;

dd) To keep confidential information about trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay content of notarization and related information that he/she knows during trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay apprenticeship;

e) To keep a training log book and a report on trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay results of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay apprenticeship of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay notary profession as prescribed in Article 11 of this Circular;

g) Other obligations as prescribed by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Law on Notaries, this Circular and other relevant legal documents and as agreed with trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay organization of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay notary profession that accepts trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay apprenticeship.

Therefore, a notarial practice probationer has trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following obligations:

- To comply with trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay rules and regulations of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay organization of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay notary profession that accepts trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay apprenticeship.
