a) Documents as prescribed at points a, b, c, d, đ, e of Clause 1, Article 57 of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Investment Law;
b) For trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay document specified at point c, Clause 1, Article 57 of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Investment Law, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay investor must fully assess technical, economic, and environmental investment risks in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay host country and other risks appropriate to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay nature of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay project or trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay phases of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay overseas petroleum project;
c) For trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay document specified at point đ, Clause 1, Article 57 of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Investment Law, if trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay investor submits a declaration of commitment to balance foreign currency sources independently, it must be accompanied by a document from a licensed credit institution confirming trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay foreign currency account balance of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay investor;
d) A document from trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay tax authority confirming trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay investor's tax obligations as prescribed at Clause 5, Article 60 of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Investment Law;

a) Investment projects with overseas capital of 20,000 billion VND or more;

2. 3. Investment projects that do not fall under trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay provisions of Clauses 1 and 2 of this Article do not require approval of outward investment guidelines.
