5 years ago, I completed the procedures and was granted a construction planning practicing certificate. Now that my construction planning practicing certificate has expired, I want to renew it. Legal Basis:- Construction Law 2014; Decree 15/2021/ND-CP; Decree 100/2018/ND-CP; Circular 38/2022/TT-BTC; Amended Construction Law 2020.
According to current legal regulations, the construction planning practicing certificate is categorized as follows: construction planning practicing certificate Class I, construction planning practicing certificate Class II, and construction planning practicing certificate Class III.
Individuals who have been granted the construction planning practicing certificate can be reissued the construction planning practicing certificate xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Vietnam xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 accordance with the law.
Procedure for reissuing the construction planning practicing certificate xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Vietnamis as follows:
1. Conditions for reissuance:
An individual will be reissued the construction planning practicing certificate xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Vietnamif:
- The old certificate is lost;
- The old certificate is damaged;
- The old certificate has expired.
2. Dossier for reissuance:
Includes:
- Application for the construction planning practicing certificate;
