Legal Basis:- Construction Law 2014; Decree 15/2021/ND-CP; Decree 100/2018/ND-CP; Circular 38/2022/TT-BTC; Amended Construction Law 2020.

1. Conditions for reissuance:

4. Authority for reissuance:
- Class I:Specialized construction departments under xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Ministry of Construction.
- Class II, Class III:Department of Construction; or recognized professional organizations eligible to issue Construction Surveying Practice Certificates to their members.
5. Processing time:10 days from xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái date of receipt of a complete and valid dossier.
6. Reissuance fee:150,000 (One hundred and fifty thousand) VND per certificate.
7. Validity of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Certificate:equivalent to xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái remaining term of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái old certificate in case of loss or damage; 05 years in case of reissuance due to expiration.
Note:For foreign individuals' practice certificates, validity is determined by xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái term specified in xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái work permit or temporary residence card issued by xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái competent authority but does not exceed 05 years.
