According to current laws, the Certification for construction supervision practice is divided into the following categories: Category I Certification for construction supervision practice, Category II Certification for construction supervision practice, and Category III Certification for construction supervision practice.

An individual who has been issued a Certification for construction supervision practice may be reissued the certification according to legal provisions.

Procedure for Reissuing the Certification for Construction Supervision Practice is as follows:

1. Conditions for Reissuing:

An individual may have their Certification for construction supervision practice reissued if:

- The original certification is lost;- The original certification is damaged;- The original certification has expired.

2. Reissuance Dossier:

Includes:

- Application for reissuing the Certification for construction supervision practice;- Certified copy or file containing a color photograph taken from the original or copy to be presented with the original for comparison xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube the previously issued Certification for construction supervision practice. If the certification is lost, the applicant must provide a commitment declaration.- 02 color photographs sized 4 x 6 cm with a white background taken within the last 06 months.

3. Reissuance Process:

6. Reissuance Fee:150,000 VND (One hundred fifty thousand dong)/certificate.

7. Validity xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube the Certificate:Remaining validity xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube the old certificate in cases xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube loss or damage; 05 years in cases xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube reissuance due to expiration.

Note:For certifications xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube foreign individuals, the validity is determined according to the duration specified in the work permit or temporary resident card issued by the competent authority but not exceeding 05 years.
