Procedure for Issuance xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Project Management Practice Certificate
Legal Basis:- Construction Law 2014; Decree 15/2021/ND-CP; Decree 100/2018/ND-CP; Circular 38/2022/TT-BTC; Amended Construction Law 2020.
According to current legal provisions, the Project Management Practicing Certificate is classified into the following categories: Grade I Project Management Practicing Certificate, Grade II Project Management Practicing Certificate, and Grade III Project Management Practicing Certificate.
The procedure and steps for issuing the Project Management Practicing Certificate are specifically as follows:
1/ Issuing Conditions:
a. Grade I Project Management Practicing Certificate
- With full civil capacityin accordance with legal regulations; possess a residence permit or work permit in Vietnam for foreigners and overseas Vietnamese;
- In terms xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái professional qualifications:Possess a university degree in construction engineering, architecture, construction economics, other technical specializations related to the type xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái project or building for which the practicing certificate is requested.
- In terms xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái experience:
+ Have at least 7 years xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái experience in project management work;
+ Have been a project management director for at least 01 project from group A or 02 projects from group B xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái the same type or higher; or possess one xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái three types xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái practicing certificates (Grade I Construction Design; Grade I Construction Supervision; Grade I Construction Valuation) and have participated in the project management xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái at least 01 project from group A or 02 projects from group B xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái the same type or higher.
- Meet the requirements xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái the examination to issue the project management practicing certificate.
b. Grade II Project Management Practicing Certificate
- With full civil capacityin accordance with legal regulations; possess a residence permit or work permit in Vietnam for foreigners and overseas Vietnamese;
- In terms xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái professional qualifications:Possess a university degree in construction engineering, architecture, construction economics, other technical specializations related to the type xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái project or building for which the practicing certificate is requested.
- In terms xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái experience:
+ Have at least 4 years xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái experience in project management work;
+ Have been a project management director for 01 project from group B or 02 projects from group C xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái the same type or higher or possess one xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái three types xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái practicing certificates (Grade II Construction Design; Grade II Construction Supervision; Grade II Construction Valuation) and have participated in the project management xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái at least 01 project from group B or 02 projects from group C or 03 projects requiring economic-technical report xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái the same type or higher.
- Meet the requirements xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái the examination to issue the project management practicing certificate.
c. Grade III Project Management Practicing Certificate
- With full civil capacityin accordance with legal regulations; possess a residence permit or work permit in Vietnam for foreigners and overseas Vietnamese;
- In terms xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái professional qualifications:Possess professional training in one xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái the specializations: construction engineering, architecture, construction economics, other technical specializations related to the type xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái project or building for which the practicing certificate is requested.
- In terms xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái experience:
+ Have at least 2 years xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái experience in project management work for individuals with a university degree; at least 3 years for individuals with a college or intermediate degree;
+ Have participated in project management xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái at least 01 project from group C xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái the same type or higher.
- Meet the requirements xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái the examination to issue the project management practicing certificate.
2/ Application Dossier:
Includes:
(1) An application form for the Project Management Practicing Certificate attached with 02 passport-sized photos (4 x 6 cm) with a white background xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái the applicant taken within the last 06 months;
(2) Diplomas issued by accredited educational institutions that are appropriate for the Practicing Certificate;
For diplomas issued by foreign educational institutions, the diplomas must be consular legalized according to regulations and must have a notarized translation into Vietnamese according to Vietnamese law.
(3) Previously issued practicing certificates by authorized bodies in case xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái requesting an upgrade xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái the practicing certificate;
(4) Job assignment documents (task orders) from organizations to individuals or a confirmation document from the legal representative xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái the investor regarding the key projects the individual has completed as declared. The signatory must take responsibility for the accuracy xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái the confirmation's content. In case xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái independent practice, there must be contracts and acceptance records for the key projects declared.
(5) Legal residence documents or work permits issued by Vietnamese authorities for foreign individuals.
(6) Results xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái the examination that meet requirements in case the examination was taken before submitting the application for the Practicing Certificate.
Note: Documents (2), (3), (4), and (6) must be notarized copies or files containing color photos taken from the original or notarized copies, with the original presented for comparison.
3. Issuing Process:
- Individuals submit 01 set xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái application documents for the Project Management Practicing Certificate online, via postal mail, or directly at the authorized body for issuing the Project Management Practicing Certificate.
- Within 20 days from the date xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái receiving a complete and valid dossier, the competent authority is responsible for issuing the Project Management Practicing Certificate.
If the dossier is incomplete or invalid, the competent authority must notify the applicant in writing once within 5 days from the date xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái receiving the application.
4. Issuing Authority:
- The construction-related specialized body under the Ministry xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Construction issues Grade I Project Management Practicing Certificates.
- The Department xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Construction issues Grade II and Grade III Project Management Practicing Certificates.
- Recognized professional and social organizations that meet conditions issue Grade II and Grade III Project Management Practicing Certificates to their members.
5. Processing Time:20 days from the date xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái receiving a complete and valid dossier.
6. Issuing Fee:300,000 VND (three hundred thousand VND) per certificate.
7. Validity xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái the Certificate:05 years. For foreign individuals, the validity is determined according to the period specified in the work permit or temporary residence card issued by competent authorities but does not exceed 05 years.
