Procedure for Issuance trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Construction Supervision Practice Certificate
Legal Basis:- Construction Law 2014;- Decree 15/2021/ND-CP;- Decree 100/2018/ND-CP;- Circular 38/2022/TT-BTC;- Amended Construction Law 2020.
According to current legal regulations, the fields for issuing a Construction Supervision Practice Certificate include:

The Construction Supervision Practice Certificate is classified into the following grades: Grade I Construction Supervision Practice Certificate, Grade II Construction Supervision Practice Certificate, and Grade III Construction Supervision Practice Certificate.
The procedure for granting a Construction Supervision Practice Certificate is specifically carried out as follows:
1/ Conditions for Issuance:
a. Grade I Construction Supervision Practice Certificate
- Full civil capacityaccording to legal regulations; a residence permit or work permit in Vietnam for foreigners and Vietnamese residing abroad;
- Professional qualifications:
+ For the field trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay construction supervision: a university degree in one trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay the following majors: construction engineering, construction economics, architecture, other engineering majors related to construction;
+ For the field trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay supervising the installation trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay equipment into construction works: a university degree in one trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay the following majors: electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, ventilation - heating, water supply and drainage, other engineering majors related to the installation trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay construction equipment.
- Experience:
+ At least 7 years trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay experience in participating in construction supervision tasks;
+ Has been chief supervisor or chief trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay construction site or chief designer in the field for which the practice certificate is requested for at least 1 project trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay grade I or higher or 2 projects trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay grade II trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay the same type as the one for which the practice certificate is requested.
- Passed the examination for the issuance trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay the Construction Supervision Practice Certificate.
b. Grade II Construction Supervision Practice Certificate
- Full civil capacityaccording to legal regulations; a residence permit or work permit in Vietnam for foreigners and Vietnamese residing abroad;
- Professional qualifications:

- Passed the examination for the issuance trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay the Construction Supervision Practice Certificate.
c. Grade III Construction Supervision Practice Certificate
- Full civil capacityaccording to legal regulations; a residence permit or work permit in Vietnam for foreigners and Vietnamese residing abroad;
- Professional qualifications:
+ For the field trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay construction supervision: has a professional degree in one trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay the following majors: construction engineering, construction economics, architecture, other engineering majors related to construction;
+ For the field trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay supervising the installation trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay equipment into construction works: has a professional degree in one trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay the following majors: electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, ventilation - heating, water supply and drainage, other engineering majors related to the installation trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay construction equipment.
- Experience:
+ At least 2 years trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay experience in participating in construction supervision tasks for individuals with a university degree; at least 3 years for individuals with a college or vocational training degree;
+ Has participated in construction supervision or construction design or construction tasks in the field for which the practice certificate is requested for at least 1 project trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay grade III or higher or 2 projects trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay grade IV trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay the same type as the one for which the practice certificate is requested.
- Passed the examination for the issuance trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay the Construction Supervision Practice Certificate.
2/ Application Dossier:
Includes:
(1) Application form for the Construction Supervision Practice Certificate accompanied by 2 color photos trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay size 4 x 6 cm on a white background portrait trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay the applicant taken within the last 6 months;
(2) Diploma or degree granted by a legitimate training institution relevant to the Construction Supervision Practice Certificate;
For diplomas granted by foreign training institutions, they must be consularly legalized according to regulations and translated into Vietnamese with notarization as prescribed by Vietnamese law;
(3) Construction Supervision Practice Certificate previously issued by the competent authority in case trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay upgrading the practice certificate;
(4) Assignment decisions (task assignments) by organizations to individuals or confirmation documents by the legal representative trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay the project owner for the significant works completed by the individual as per the declared information. The person signing the confirmation must be responsible for the truthfulness trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay the content. In case the individual practices independently, there must be contracts and acceptance minutes trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay the declared works.
(5) Legal documents on residence or work permit issued by the competent authority trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Vietnam for foreign individuals.
(6) Pass results trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay the examination if it was taken before the submission date trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay the application dossier for the Construction Supervision Practice Certificate;
Note: The documents in items (2), (3), (4), and (6) must be certified copies or image files containing color photos taken from the original or certified copy, showing the original for comparison.
3. Issuance Procedure:
- Individuals submit 1 set trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay application dossiers for the Construction Supervision Practice Certificate via online, postal service, or direct submission at the competent authority.
- Within 20 days from the date trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay receiving a complete dossier, the competent authority is responsible for issuing the Construction Supervision Practice Certificate.
In case the dossier is incomplete or invalid, the competent authority must notify the applicant once in writing within 5 days from receiving the application.
4. Issuance Authority:
- The professional construction agency under the Ministry trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Construction issues the Grade I Construction Supervision Practice Certificate.
- The Department trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Construction issues the Grade II and III Construction Supervision Practice Certificates.
- The recognized professional social organization issues the Grade II and III Construction Supervision Practice Certificates for their members.
5. Processing Time:20 days, from the date trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay receiving a complete dossier.
6. Issuance Fee:300,000 (three hundred thousand) VND/certificate.
7. Certificate Validity Period:5 years. For the practice certificate for foreign individuals, the validity period is specified in the work permit or temporary residence card issued by the competent authority, but not exceeding 5 years.
