Procedure for Conversion trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Construction Valuation Practice Certificate

*Legal Basis:- Law on Construction 2014;- Decree 15/2021/ND-CP;- Decree 100/2018/ND-CP;- Circular 38/2022/TT-BTC;- Amended Law on Construction 2020.

According to the current legal provisions, foreign individuals or overseas Vietnamese who have construction valuation practice certificates issued by foreign authorities or organizations, if practicing construction valuation in Vietnam for less than 06 months, are recognized for their practice. If such individuals practice construction valuation in Vietnam for 06 months or more, they must convert their construction valuation practice certificates at the competent authority according to the law.

Procedures for converting the Construction Valuation Practice Certificate are implemented as follows:

1. Conditions for conversion:

Foreign individuals or overseas Vietnamese who have construction valuation practice certificates issued by foreign authorities or organizations, if practicing construction valuation in Vietnam for 06 months or more, must convert their construction valuation practice certificates at the competent authority according to the law.

2. Application for conversion:

Includes:

- An application for the conversion trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay a construction valuation practice certificate, 02 color photos trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay 4 x 6 cm size with a white background trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay the applicant taken within the last 06 months;

- A copy trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay the education degree and construction valuation practice certificate issued by foreign authorities or organizations, which has been consular legalized, translated into Vietnamese, and notarized or certified according to Vietnamese law;

- A certified copy or a file containing color photos taken from the original or copy, presenting the original for comparison trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay legal documents on residence or work permit issued by the competent authorities trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Vietnam according to regulations.

3. Conversion process:

- Individuals submit 01 set trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay application for the conversion trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay the Construction Valuation Practice Certificate online, by post, or directly at the competent authority for issuing the Construction Valuation Practice Certificate.

- Within 25 days from the date trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay receipt trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay a valid application, the competent authority is responsible for issuing the Construction Valuation Practice Certificate.

Note:In case the application is incomplete or invalid, the competent authority must notify the individual in writing once within 05 days from the date trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay receipt trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay the application.

4. Authority for conversion:

- Class I: Specialized construction agency under the Ministry trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Construction.

- Class II, Class III: Department trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Construction; or recognized socio-professional organizations eligible to issue Construction Practice Certificates to their members or affiliates.

5. Time limit for settlement:25 days from the date trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay receipt trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay a valid application.

6. Conversion fee:150,000 VND (One hundred and fifty thousand Vietnamese Dong) per certificate.

7. Validity period trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay the Certificate:It is determined according to the validity period stated in the work permit or temporary residence card issued by the competent authority but not exceeding 05 years.
