1. Conditions for Amendment and Supplement:
An individual who has been issued a Construction Supervision Practice Certificate may have its content amended or supplemented upon request.
2. Required Dossier for Amendment and Supplement:
Including:

3. Amendment and Supplement Process:

5. Resolution Time:20 days from kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp receipt of a complete and valid dossier.
6. Amendment and Supplement Fee:150,000 VND (One hundred fifty thousand) per certificate.
7. Certificate Validity Period:05 years.
