What are trực tiếp bóng đá k+ conditions for extending trực tiếp bóng đá k+ linkage to organize trực tiếp bóng đá k+ issuance of foreign language certificates?
Based on Article 25 of Decree 86/2018/ND-CP on trực tiếp bóng đá k+ extension or adjustment of linked training, linked organization of foreign language proficiency certification:
Extension or adjustment of linked training, linked organization of foreign language proficiency certification
trực tiếp bóng đá k+ linked training parties or linked organization for foreign language proficiency certification shall submit 01 set of documents as stipulated in Clause 5 of this Article directly or by post to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ competent authority.
trực tiếp bóng đá k+ extension of linked training or linked organization for foreign language proficiency certification must be conducted within 06 months before trực tiếp bóng đá k+ linked training or linked organization for foreign language proficiency certification expires. trực tiếp bóng đá k+ adjustment of linked training or linked organization for foreign language proficiency certification is carried out upon trực tiếp bóng đá k+ request of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ linked parties.
Conditions for extending or adjusting linked training:
a) trực tiếp bóng đá k+ linked training parties must operate in accordance with trực tiếp bóng đá k+ decision to approve trực tiếp bóng đá k+ linked training;
b) No violations of Vietnamese and foreign laws;
c) trực tiếp bóng đá k+ linked training program continues to meet trực tiếp bóng đá k+ conditions of educational quality accreditation.
4. Conditions for extending or adjusting trực tiếp bóng đá k+ linkage to organize trực tiếp bóng đá k+ issuance of foreign language certificates.
a) trực tiếp bóng đá k+ linked parties must operate in accordance with trực tiếp bóng đá k+ document allowing trực tiếp bóng đá k+ linkage to organize trực tiếp bóng đá k+ issuance of foreign language proficiency certificates;
b) No violations or frauds detected in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ organization of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ exam, issuance of foreign language certificates.
