Article 4 of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Regulation on kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp activity of issuing domestic securities codes and international securities identification numbers at kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Vietnam Securities Depository Center (VSD), issued together with Decision 106/QĐ-VSD in 2021, stipulates kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp principles for issuing securities codes at VSD as follows:

1. VSD issues securities codes for securities registered in concentration at VSD and open-end fund certificates upon receipt of a written request for code issuance from kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp issuer.

2. For debt instruments, secured warrants listed and traded on kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Stock Exchange, VSD issues securities codes based on kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp securities registration dossier of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp issuer.

3. For securities of state-owned enterprises being equitized, VSD issues securities codes upon receipt of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Bidding Application for Selling Shares at kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp organization that conducts kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp share auction (in case of auction)/Application for Selling Shares by kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Book Building Method at kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp order management organization (in case of selling shares by kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp book building method) and accompanying documents from kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp equitization steering committee.

4. For kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp right to subscribe to additional securities, VSD issues securities codes for each issue of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp right to subscribe based on kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp written document of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp issuer announcing kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp closing of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp list of shareholders exercising kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp right to subscribe.

5. Domestic securities codes for derivative securities traded on kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp derivatives market are carried out in accordance with kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp regulations of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Stock Exchange. VSD bases on kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp securities code issued by kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Stock Exchange to issue kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp ISIN code according to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp principle specified in Article 8 of Chapter II of this Regulation.

6. For other types of securities that have not been specified in this Regulation, VSD decides on kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp specific issuance of codes based on kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp laws, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp actual situation, and kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp criteria set forth in Article 2 of Chapter I of this Regulation after obtaining kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp approval opinion of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp State Securities Commission of Vietnam

What are principles for reserving and providing anticipated codes at VSD in Vietnam?

Article 5 of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Regulation on kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp activity of issuing domestic securities codes and international securities identification numbers at kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Vietnam Securities Depository Center (VSD), issued together with Decision 106/QĐ-VSD in 2021, stipulates kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp principles for reserving and providing anticipated codes at VSD as follows:

1. VSD provides anticipated securities codes or reserves securities codes upon written request from kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp issuer.

2. For shares of public companies and equitized state-owned enterprises, VSD only considers approving kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp registration of stock code reservation once and kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp time for VSD to reserve kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp stock code is 6 months from kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp date of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp VSD's written notification of approval.

3. For debt instruments, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp time for VSD to reserve anticipated securities codes is 1 year from kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp date of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp VSD's written notification of approval.

4. After kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp above reservation period, if kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp issuers do not register securities at VSD, VSD has kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp right to cancel kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp anticipated or reserved codes to be assigned to other issuers.

What are principles for canceling securities codes at VSD in Vietnam?

Clause 1 of Article 6 of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Regulation on kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp activity of issuing domestic securities codes and international securities identification numbers at kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Vietnam Securities Depository Center (VSD), issued together with Decision 106/QĐ-VSD in 2021, stipulates kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp principles for canceling securities codes at VSD as follows:

1. Canceling securities codes

a. Securities codes that have been issued will be canceled in kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp event that kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp issuer cancels kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp registration of securities.

b. When kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp issuer cancels kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp registration of securities, VSD will cancel kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp domestic securities codes and ISIN codes of those organizations.

c. Securities codes for each issue of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp right to subscribe will expire after kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp end of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp time period for transferring kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp right to subscribe and registering for subscription.

d. Domestic securities codes and ISIN codes of secured warrants will be canceled when secured warrants are canceled from registration at VSD.

dd. Securities codes and ISIN codes of securities traded on kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp derivatives market will be canceled when they expire or are delisted at kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp decision of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Stock Exchange.

e. Securities codes of equitized state-owned enterprises will be canceled in kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp event that they do not meet kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp conditions for organizing an auction/selling shares by kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp book building method or kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp auction/selling shares by kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp book building method is unsuccessful.
