What are regulations on freezing/unfreezing securities at đá bóng trực tiếp Vietnam Securities Depository Center upon request of a competent state agency?

Article 25 of đá bóng trực tiếp Securities Trading Activity Regulations issued together with Decision 114/QD-VSD in 2021 stipulates đá bóng trực tiếp following on đá bóng trực tiếp freezing/unfreezing of securities upon request of a competent state agency at đá bóng trực tiếp Vietnam Securities Depository Center (VSD):

1. If đá bóng trực tiếp request for freezing/unfreezing securities from đá bóng trực tiếp competent state agency is sent directly to VSD:

a) VSD will only freeze/unfreeze securities when there is a written request from đá bóng trực tiếp competent state agency in accordance with đá bóng trực tiếp law.

đá bóng trực tiếp time for VSD to process đá bóng trực tiếp request for freezing/unfreezing securities is 1 working day from đá bóng trực tiếp date of receipt of đá bóng trực tiếp request for freezing/unfreezing securities.

2. If đá bóng trực tiếp request for freezing/unfreezing securities from đá bóng trực tiếp competent state agency is sent directly to đá bóng trực tiếp ATS provider:

a) đá bóng trực tiếp ATS provider is responsible for freezing/unfreezing securities on đá bóng trực tiếp securities custody accounts opened at đá bóng trực tiếp ATS provider and sending a notification (Form 27/LK of this Regulation) and a copy of đá bóng trực tiếp request for freezing/unfreezing securities from đá bóng trực tiếp competent state agency to VSD for đá bóng trực tiếp corresponding accounting.

b) đá bóng trực tiếp time for đá bóng trực tiếp ATS provider to send đá bóng trực tiếp notification to VSD is no later than 1 working day after đá bóng trực tiếp day of implementing đá bóng trực tiếp request for freezing/unfreezing securities from đá bóng trực tiếp competent authority.
