Article 1 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Regulation on xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 activity of issuing domestic securities codes and international securities identification numbers at xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Vietnam Securities Depository Center (VSD), issued together with Decision 106/QĐ-VSD in 2021, stipulates xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 general regulations on xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 activity of issuing domestic securities codes and international securities identification numbers at VSD as follows:
1. xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Vietnam Securities Depository Center (VSD) is responsible for issuing and managing domestic securities codes and international securities identification numbers (ISIN) for securities specified in Article 149 of Decree No. 155/2020/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2020, detailing xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 implementation of some provisions of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Securities Law.

Article 2 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Regulation on xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 activity of issuing domestic securities codes and international securities identification numbers at xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Vietnam Securities Depository Center (VSD), issued together with Decision 106/QĐ-VSD in 2021, stipulates xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 regulations on xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 issuance of domestic securities codes at VSD as follows:
1. Domestic securities codes issued by VSD are unique and cannot be duplicated with any securities that have been listed/registered for trading or any securities that have been issued by VSD (except in xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 case of issuing a securities code that is xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 same as a code that has been canceled for more than 10 years).
2. Domestic securities codes are issued regardless of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 registered trademark abbreviation. VSD considers issuing codes based on xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 technical criteria of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 trading system on xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Stock Exchange), xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 abbreviation of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 fund management company, investment fund, issuer, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 issuer's choice of code, information about xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 issuance of securities, information about xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 underlying security, etc.
3. Domestic securities codes issued by VSD are used uniformly as xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 trading securities code of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 issuer when xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 issuer is listed or registered for trading on xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 securities trading system.
What are regulations on issuing ISINs in Vietnam?
Article 3 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Regulation on xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 activity of issuing domestic securities codes and international securities identification numbers at xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Vietnam Securities Depository Center (VSD), issued together with Decision 106/QĐ-VSD in 2021, stipulates xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 regulations on xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 issuance of international securities identification numbers (ISIN) at VSD as follows:
1. ISINs are issued by VSD on xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 basis of a partnership agreement with xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Association of National Numbering Agencies (ANNA) and in accordance with xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 principles set forth by this organization in xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 International Standard ISO 6166 on securities and financial instruments.
2. VSD issues ISINs for all types of securities issued in Vietnam and these ISINs are issued by VSD simultaneously with xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 domestic securities code, except in xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 case of securities traded on xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 derivatives market, VSD issues ISINs after receiving notification of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 domestic securities code from xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Stock Exchange.
3. ISINs are used uniformly for securities issued in Vietnam for trading and settlement on xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Vietnamese and international securities markets.
