- Transfer of ownership under a court judgment, decision, arbitration award, or decision of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay enforcement agency;

- Transfer of ownership due to trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay disposal of secured assets, which are registered private corporate bonds at VSD and are frozen in accordance with trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay provisions of Point c, Clause 1, Article 23 of Circular 119/2020/TT-BTC;

- Transfer of ownership of private corporate bonds due to trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay division of common property of spouses during marriage in accordance with trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Law on Marriage and Family in 2014;

- Transfer of ownership of private corporate bonds when implementing trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay division, merger, consolidation, or liquidation of securities investment funds; establishment, increase of charter capital of private securities investment companies; increase, decrease of charter capital of member funds; payment by private corporate bonds in trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay buyback activities of open-end funds;

- Transfer of ownership of private corporate bonds arising when trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay issuer implements trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay provisions of Article 1 of Decree 08/2023/NĐ-CP.

Registration and custody of bonds

b) 05 working days from trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay date on which trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay issuer publishes information on trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay results of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay issuance in accordance with Clause 20 of this Decree for cases not included in Clause a of this Clause.

Clause 4 Article 16 of Decree 153/2020/NĐ-CP (amended by Clause 13, Article 1 of Decree 65/2022/NĐ-CP) provides cases in which trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay registration of bond trading in Vietnam is canceled:

- trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay bond matures or trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay issuer fully converts, repurchases, or exchanges all bonds before maturity;

- trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay issuer of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay bond is revoked its business registration certificate or license to establish and operate in a specialized field;
