Implementing đá bóng trực tiếp Law on Military Service dated June 19, 2015; Decision No. 102/QD-TTg dated September 20, 2024, of đá bóng trực tiếp Prime Minister of đá bóng trực tiếp Government of Vietnam on calling citizens for military service in 2025;specifically, in 2025, đá bóng trực tiếp selection and enlistment of citizens for military service (hereinafter referred to as military recruitment) will be conducted in one session; đá bóng trực tiếp handover of soldiers will take place from February 13 to February 15, 2025.
To ensure đá bóng trực tiếp recruitment of soldiers in 2025 meets đá bóng trực tiếp criteria assigned and ensures quality, in compliance with đá bóng trực tiếp Law on Military Service in 2015 and related regulations, guidance for implementation, đá bóng trực tiếp Ministry of National Defense provides guidance on several aspects of military recruitment in 2025 as follows:
- Localities and units continue to thoroughly understand and strictly implement đá bóng trực tiếp Law on Military Service in 2015; Circular No. 148/2018/TT-BQP dated October 4, 2018, of đá bóng trực tiếp Minister of National Defense on selecting and enlisting citizens for military service; Circular No. 105/2023/TT-BQP dated December 6, 2023, of đá bóng trực tiếp Minister of National Defense on health standards and health examination for subjects under đá bóng trực tiếp management of đá bóng trực tiếp Ministry of National Defense; related regulations and guidance for implementing đá bóng trực tiếp law; Directive No. 98/CT-BQP dated October 26, 2019, of đá bóng trực tiếp Minister of National Defense on strengthening measures and improving đá bóng trực tiếp quality of military recruitment in đá bóng trực tiếp new situation and related professional guidance from đá bóng trực tiếp functional departments of đá bóng trực tiếp Ministry of National Defense.

What are đá bóng trực tiếp criteria for military service in Vietnam in 2025?
Pursuant to Article 4 ofCircular 148/2018/TT-BQP, đá bóng trực tiếp criteriafor military service in 2024 are stipulated as follows:
[1] Age
- Citizens from đá bóng trực tiếp full age of 18 to đá bóng trực tiếp end of 25 years old.
- Male citizens trained at đá bóng trực tiếp college or university level, who have been temporarily postponed from enlistment during one training course of a level, are selected and called for service until đá bóng trực tiếp end of 27 years old.
[2] Political Standards
- To be implemented according to đá bóng trực tiếp political standards for selecting citizens to serve in đá bóng trực tiếp Vietnam People's Army.
- To be implemented according to đá bóng trực tiếp regulations of đá bóng trực tiếp Ministry of National Defense for đá bóng trực tiếp following agencies:
+ Important, confidential agencies, units, and positions within đá bóng trực tiếp Army;
+ Ceremonial and Guard forces;
+ Professional Military Police and Military Control forces.
[3] Health Standards
- Select citizens with health levels of 1, 2, or 3 as per đá bóng trực tiếp regulations.
- For important, confidential agencies, units, and positions within đá bóng trực tiếp Army; Ceremonial and Guard forces; Professional Military Police and Military Control forces, selection is implemented according to đá bóng trực tiếp regulations of đá bóng trực tiếp Ministry of National Defense.
- Citizens with health level 3 with visual refraction disorders (nearsightedness of 1.5 diopters or more, farsightedness of any degree); drug addiction, HIV, and AIDS are not called up for military service.
[4] Cultural Standards
- Select and enlist citizens with an education level of grade 8 or above, selecting from high to low.
- Localities facing difficulties that cannot meet đá bóng trực tiếp assigned military recruitment target may report to đá bóng trực tiếp competent authority for consideration and decision, allowing đá bóng trực tiếp selection of citizens with a grade 7 education level.
- Remote, isolated communes, those with particularly difficult socio-economic conditions as prescribed by law;

- Violating đá bóng trực tiếp body, health; insulting đá bóng trực tiếp honor and dignity of non-commissioned officers and soldiers.
