1. Standards for internal audit personnel are as follows:

a) Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in relevant fields that meet bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp requirements of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Ministry of National Defense's internal audit tasks, possess sufficient knowledge, and stay updated on bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp areas assigned to perform internal audits.

b) Have a minimum of 5 years of work experience in bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp trained field or at least 3 years of work experience in accounting, auditing, or inspection in agencies or units under bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Ministry of National Defense.

c) Possess knowledge and understanding of laws and bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp operations of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Ministry of National Defense; have bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp ability to collect, analyze, evaluate, and synthesize information; possess knowledge and skills in internal auditing.

d) Meet bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp requirements for qualities and competencies prescribed in Circular No. 142/2018/TT-BQP dated September 12, 2018, by bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Minister of National Defense, which sets standards for positions of officials in bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Ministry of National Defense's Office.

If necessary, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Chief Auditor may propose hiring consultants specializing in certain fields beyond bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp professional capacity of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Ministry of National Defense's internal audit. They will be responsible for planning, reporting to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Minister of National Defense for approval, and taking responsibility for bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp results of hiring consultants.
