Which authority is competent to issue trực tiếp bóng đá k+ exhibition organization license in Vietnam?
Based on Article 11 ofDecree 23/2019/ND-CP, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ authority responsible for granting trực tiếp bóng đá k+ exhibition organization license is specified as follows:
[1]trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Vietnam shall issue trực tiếp bóng đá k+ exhibition organization license for:
- Exhibitions organized by central organizations held abroad
- Exhibitions organized by international organizations or foreign organizations in Vietnam
- Exhibitions organized by organizations from 02 or more provinces, cities and sent abroad.
[2]trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Departments of Culture, Sports and Tourism or trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Departments of Culture and Sports of Vietnam shall issue trực tiếp bóng đá k+ exhibition organization license for:
- Exhibitions organized by local organizations or individuals held abroad
- Exhibitions organized by foreign individuals within trực tiếp bóng đá k+ locality
What documents are included in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ application for trực tiếp bóng đá k+ exhibition organization license in Vietnam?
Based on Article 12 ofDecree 23/2019/ND-CPon trực tiếp bóng đá k+ dossier, procedure, and process for applying for, and re-issuing an exhibition organization license:
Article 12. Dossier, procedure, and process for applying for, and re-issuing an exhibition organization license
- Organizations or individuals wishing to organize an exhibition must submit 01 set of dossier for applying for trực tiếp bóng đá k+ exhibition organization license directly, via postal service, or through trực tiếp bóng đá k+ online public service portal of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ authority responsible for issuing trực tiếp bóng đá k+ exhibition organization license as stipulated in Article 11 of this Decree.

a) Application form for trực tiếp bóng đá k+ exhibition organization license (Form number 01 in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Appendix attached to this Decree);
b) List of artworks, exhibits, and documents (clearly stating trực tiếp bóng đá k+ name of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ author, owner; name, quantity; material, dimensions of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ artwork or exhibits, documents, accompanying annotations);
c) Photographs of each artwork, exhibit, document, and exhibition model (size 10x15 cm) printed on paper or stored on a digital storage device;
d) Agreement document or invitation letter, notice, contract from trực tiếp bóng đá k+ foreign party regarding trực tiếp bóng đá k+ exhibition (for exhibitions as specified in Clause 1, Article 10 of this Decree). Agreement document or contract for renting trực tiếp bóng đá k+ exhibition venue (for exhibitions as specified in Clause 2, Article 10 of this Decree);
e) Copies of one of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ following documents: identity card or citizen identification card of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ exhibition organizer (for exhibitions organized by Vietnamese individuals); passport (for exhibitions organized by foreigners or Vietnamese citizens residing abroad).
